Kat Was the employee that greeted us and was the one that rang us up. When I say customer service skills on point, she was very welcoming and it just felt very Light and refreshing to see an employee with a smiling face and very welcoming. The food was good, hot and fresh. And unlike other Wendy’s that I’ve gone to this Wendy’s didn’t seem Dreary, thank you for the good breakfast experience Winfield Wendy’s good job guys!
4th time getting food from here and the customer service was excellent as always. Was greeted with a smile, and the food was hot and fresh and delicious as usual. Have dealt with the automated ordering and drive-thru cashier for ordering without issue. Thanks Katrina and Madalynn for the great experience on my most recent trip!
I have been to quite a few Wendy's and this is the best anywhere. I'm not sure why some others have reviewed negatively. For me, the food was as fresh as any Wendy's, building was new and clean, and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
