Food is great as always but as of lately.......The manager or assistant manager ( short female with multi color hair ) needs too be replaced or totally retrained Immediately !!! ...She has a bad attitude and a worse mouth and is always messing up orders and has a full drive thru with people sitting in 4 spots in front of the building which was the case this time as well. The worker at the drive thru asked me too pull into the spots which were all full, I said I can't they are full I'll pull up as far as I can, to which she replies o.k. (also note that the drive-thu runs along side a road) ... After this ( around 8 minutes by the way for 4 Jr bacons) the Manager or assistant manager brought out my order and cursed at us because we could not pull into the spots. This is not acceptable by any means. The only time there are ever issues at this store is when this person is working. This store has been in our town a long time and has never had issues like this. I'm hoping writing in here will get the right person or persons attention too not let this happen too anyone else

What's the point of doing a mobile order? Put one in, drove there after 15 minutes, waited in drive thru for 15, then was told to wait for 10 minutes while other cars behind me got their orders and drove and I still waited. Such a joke.

I'm in town for a week and stopped at this Wendy's practically everyday. The weight in the car line has continued to increase. Expect to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the car line. On top of that, I get back to my place and see that they forgot to add the dressing for my apple pecan salad. I called to inform the manager, who was a female who could not have cared less. I think it's time to stop giving this Wendy's my business!

First, I walked in disgusting. The floors were sticky. The employee was quiet did not get my order at all. I ordered cheese did not give me cheese. I ordered I ordered no onions did not give me any onions and then I split and fell and broke my head in the toilet seat also waaaay to expensive goodbye.

Customer service was bland and not refreshing traveled 9 miles for crown points best but failed to get such quality. Then had a worker shoving my drinks and straws into my hands then when given my food it was dropped almost thrown into my hand with a sloppy have a good night, now both me and my wife will give this place sometime before returning, maybe when the quality of the food and customer goes hand in hand.

Went and ordered in the drive through. They messed up my order and I was never given a receipt either. Called when I got home and was told they couldn’t do anything unless I drove back and gave them my food back, what fast food place does this??
Eat at your own risk. Opened my sandwich to a fly being in it. Wouldn't want to see how unclean the kitchen is

Person working night on Friday July 12 2024 at 10:15 PM was a good person! I told him to have a god bless day and he did! I was surprised that they had a thank you sign. Luckily there was no finger in my chili.Overall my experience at the world’s worst Wendy’s was Amazing! Best Wendy’s Ever!
