Everything is great with this Wendy's. Very clean. Very polite. And the cold foam coffee drink is excellent! I enjoy talking with the employees.

The cashier super friendly. However, this restaurant was trashed and no one in there. All the tables sticky. Restroom... filthy. I won't return. But the cashier was nice.

do not here at all. aside from a lady posting that this place cooked a FLY in someones burger (this place needs to get investigated and temporarily shut down) my experience here with the easiest of orders still got completely messed up and the service was so poor! i wanted to order the spicy nuggets but as a meal, when I asked if they had that the girl said yes but then proceeded to not ask me at all what size for the drink what size for the fries or how many nuggets i wanted. then she thought i was also asking for a salad which I dont know where she got that from. I arrive to the window and i say what even is my order? because it wasnt repeated back to me and the total came out to like $11! and you can get an entire meal for half that price. she then said 10 nuggets and i was like i only wanted 4… then she changed that and just said medium drink and medium fry then? i said yes but honestly as mentioned i was never asked for that either before i got to the window. i then recieve my order and i dont even get 4 nuggets i get 3!! dont waste your time here you will regret it and the employeees are by far the most incompetent i ever experienced however im too nice for my own good.
Logan is the best he's running this stuff like a one-man show he took our order and money at one window then we seen him taking an order at the front counter come to the other window and deliver our food still smiling and saying thank you

Food is great as always but as of lately.......The manager or assistant manager ( short female with multi color hair ) needs too be replaced or totally retrained Immediately !!! ...She has a bad attitude and a worse mouth and is always messing up orders and has a full drive thru with people sitting in 4 spots in front of the building which was the case this time as well. The worker at the drive thru asked me too pull into the spots which were all full, I said I can't they are full I'll pull up as far as I can, to which she replies o.k. (also note that the drive-thu runs along side a road) ... After this ( around 8 minutes by the way for 4 Jr bacons) the Manager or assistant manager brought out my order and cursed at us because we could not pull into the spots. This is not acceptable by any means. The only time there are ever issues at this store is when this person is working. This store has been in our town a long time and has never had issues like this. I'm hoping writing in here will get the right person or persons attention too not let this happen too anyone else

What's the point of doing a mobile order? Put one in, drove there after 15 minutes, waited in drive thru for 15, then was told to wait for 10 minutes while other cars behind me got their orders and drove and I still waited. Such a joke.
