Nice, quiet place. Had the chili cheese beef fries with pickles and peppers, my favorite! Hadn't visited Zels since they closed the Schererville site. Glad that we came upon this site by accident.
I haven’t been to a Zels in 2 years so thought it would be a fun stop for lunch. Lady at the counter who took my order was super nice and attentive. Zels is always nice, neat and clean . When i walked in i looked over at the empty diningroom only to see the owner, ive seen him at the hammond location as well in the past ( it’s weird how as an owner he doesnt acknowledge his customers. The employees were so nice, helpful, and all-around top-notch. I haven't been to a Zels in so long. If you want a wonderful experience, food that tastes great. Go there you won't be sorry.
