Nice atmosphere/decor. Lots of sunshine! ☀️ Quite crowded as far as wiggle room for larger groups goes. The ordering process is a little different. You kind of have to figure that out for yourself-at least there are signs that tell what to do!
But let me tell you…….those burgers are worth ANY minor inconvenience/cramped space!!
I got the Max Smash-burger (minus bacon, plus DAM garlic aioli) and it was the best burger I’ve ever had in this area, hands down! My husband ordered the Bacon-3-Way Burger and he had the same opinion. Absolutely wonderful! Cooked perfectly, extremely flavorful, and very well crafted.
We also ordered the fried cheese for our appetizer and the kids’ chicken strips and grilled cheese-Again, awesome flavor and quality! Everyone ordered their regular fries as a side, and even those were not your run of the mill french fries. 🔥
We’ll definitely be returning in the future! (Maybe without the kiddos to save on the check! 💰 But hey-TOTALLY worth it!)

Amazing tacos! Coconut Shrimp, Guaco, and buff chick! Great hangout location inside and out. Great set up to pull right up in the boat! Attached right to the marina and surf shop!

Awesome service, great menu & friendly staff & owners.
So glad to be back at Lake Max Beach Bar!! Food is always awesome, margaritas are fresh and beer schooners are perfect for a hot day!! Shrimp tacos with pineapple salsa are my favorite every year. Run really well, great staff!

First time here we arrived about 25 minutes before the kitchen closed but our service was quick and friendly.Food was very good waffle fris and a smash burger.Majito was refreshing sitting by the boat dock watching the sunset outside.Nothing fancy, cute, fun yet peaceful by the lake indoor/outdoor dinning with live music.We will return.

The fried pickles were fantastic. The beer was cold, and the burger was slightly more than well done. The disappointment was the bathroom shown in the pictures below. Clearly, it wasn't cleaned that day or even several days prior to our visit.

Place has much potential, but falls short. Food was subpar, overcooked, over sauced, especially for prices. They have the service like it's still covid times. You order on a scan app, or go up to a person at a kiosk. Reminded me of being in grade school. There were MAYBE 8 patrons inside, and not once did they ask if we were doing ok. Also, if you want sauces, take home containers, or even a water, you have to get up and go over to a shelf and get it yourself. For the price of everything, I felt like I should be tipped for my service of making them work less. There were several tables that needed cleaning, especially the flooring. Music was overly loud as well.
