Order food and ice cream . Give me the ice cream and pulls me up with the other 5 cars they have already pulled up. 20 min later they bring out the food no sauce for chicken basket ordered a 6 piece there was only 4.5 chicky fingers. Fries cold place sucks if Taylor wants me to come back to be a manager I will tell em holler at meh cuz this place sucks right now

I just sat down at 7:20pm on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, to eat my luke warm food from Dairy Queen This establishment was full of young kids supposedly working, but really enjoying themselves while a line of at least 6 or 7 cars were in line at the drive through. I estimate that there was about 5 or 6 young teenagers laughing and talking. I asked to talk to the manager and one of the people standing around was the manager. I saw one person grab a broom and then touch food without changing gloves.This store is managed terribly. I don’t intend to return!

The chicken basket and chili cheese dogs were standard, but the O-rings were exceptional. I can get that stuff anywhere. You had one job, Dairy Queen, and you messed up BOTH Blizzards on my order. Both blizzards were the large size, and they both had their cookie payload compressed into the top third of the blizzard. The cookie to ice cream ratio is skewed and not optimal at this point, but the surprise and real dismay sets in when you run out of cookie, and you are now left with 2/3 of the blizzard just being straight soft serve. Very unprofessional, especially for DQ.

The food and treats are delicious but pricy. The best option they offer is the chicken strip basket with Texas toast and sawmill gravy. Delicious. Never disappointed with this meal. The sandwiches are good but a little pricy. The treats like blizzards, Dilly bars and the such are costly. You could easily buy your own ice cream at the grocery store with the optional toppings for what you will pay for two large blizzards. Their treats will set you back some coin.

There was a line halfway around the building at 745pm. Three employees out backing smoking and having a good time. The line never moved until they went back in. This is routinely the slowest fast food restaurant you can visit. The black guy was smoking weed. We got a contact buzz sitting in our car.

Spoke with manager and she had mistaken me for someone else who had reported the problem before. So they are clearly aware of this PROBLEM.

Went through the drive through sat forever. Got our ice cream it was all
Melted had to stop and pour it out. The took a bit and both our blizzard had pineapple in them….. when we ordered basic blizzards without pineapple.
