Food and ice cream are great as long as you dont want to eat them together. The establishments are houses together but tou can not order ice cream to eat with your pizza. You have to go outside to order ice cream. They were not very friendly and made usnfeel like we were imposing from the moment we walked in. We definitely wipl not be back even with good food.

We had an amazing experience at S&S BBQ,Pizzeria. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect thin crust and fresh toppings, the salad bar stole the show for my wife. Phenomenal-so fresh, to top it all had to be the ice cream, such great flavors and served in a homemade waffle cones, which is a treat on their own. If your looking for great food and unforgettable desserts, this is the spot. Scott & Beth you knocked it out of the park. We will definitely make this a destination spot..

Mixed reviews.
I don't like complaining, but my experience was a bit awkward.
My kids are older and well-behaved at restaurants. Before we even ordered, it was made clear that the staff aren't thrilled to see kids in. The waitress brought our drinks back and said "Ugh I think I made a mistake here. They don't have lids. Please don't spill these. Ugh"
Ok...
After we ordered the buffet for all, both waitresses told me to make the kids plates and not let them mess with the buffet because kids wreck it. Again, my kids are older and been sitting still the entire time and quiet. ??‍♀️ They stared at us the entire time. When my daughter went to pay for us, both workers were like "uhmm ok, you have to go around here." They were literally standing in an L-shapped counter, 6" from the cash register, but acted like going to the other side of the L to use said cash register was an inconvenience. What. In. The. World. It was probably the most unwelcoming dining experience I've ever had lol. The kids talked about it the next day even about how rude it was. I would be nervous to see what would happen should a child spill something in this place.
As a small-business owner myself, I love supporting others, but there isn't much pride taken in this establishment looks-wise. It looks a bit ragged and the food was less than desirable. The applesauce on the salad bar had also fermented.

Stopped in for dinner after taking the family to Holiday World. They were busy but got us seated quickly. The service was great and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. The kids got the pizza buffet and we ordered cheese bread and pizza on thin crust. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back the next trip to Holiday World.

Got Charged for sandwich toppings and cheese on sandwich that included cheese .

Service wasn’t that great. Felt rushed trying to order and the young girl taking the order didn’t smile once . She seemed ready to go home honestly, which is understandable. Food was amazing !! Ordered grilled tenderloin sandwich and she asked me was lettuce tomato pickle onion ok and I said yes then when we received the check I got charged 25c for each item. ($1 total) That was odd! Also my 9 year ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and the menu said ham AND CHEESE and then on the ticket they charged $6.99 for the ham and cheese and $1 for “add cheese” they said the sub sandwich does not include cheese even tho the menu said ham AND cheese . They wouldn’t take it off my ticket . Like I said the food was awesome tho. Place decorated cute with the grinch

Took our 2 year old granddaughter for ice cream today and one of the locals told us it was family owned and connected to the pizza place. The weather was hot and humid and they only had one table taken up so we took our ice cream inside to eat. One of the workers informed us that this area was closed and we would have to take our ice cream that we bought from them outside! She’s 2 and it was humid out, ice cream melts and you are open but unless I order pizza I guess we set outside! Pretty sad!!! The part she doesn’t realize is that we are taking our whole family on a vacation next weekend at Santa’s Cabins and we were checking out the area for places to eat! My daughter had heard about S&S and wanted to try it. Not sure if they deserve my business now!!! If I would not have bought my ice cream from them I would understand! Very disappointed and not sure of how she can feel good about her actions!!
Not sure about the owners reply. Doesn’t really care!!! If it is subleased then why did the same 2 ladies serving our ice cream also work in the pizza area!! Sounds like a pretty poor answer and no apology. I can assure you we won’t be back !!!

Pizza was excellent but the service was mediocre at best. We came from Holiday World after they closed at 7 and arrived at about 7:15. The buffet was already closed for the night and all the fryers turned off limiting our food options. Not a big deal because the pizza was excellent and my wife has celiac and had some of the best gluten free pizza crust she’s ever had. What really made this a bad experience was the staff was more concerned with closing up shop and cleaning. I get that you close at 8 but I would think you would want more business and I’m sure Holiday World probably helps that out so why wouldn’t you stay open until nine if they close at seven. Also it’s Friday night, eight seems like an early Friday night for a restaurant especially a pizza joint. I saw several people be shooed away and several leave due to the limited food options due to the fryers being turned off. There’s not many options around here and I would think your business would be more flexible to the travelers from out of town. Again get food but just a bad overall experience.
