The staff at this Wendy’s was unfriendly, which is unusual for me. There was a sign on the intercom indicating that they were out of fries and Frosties, which was quite surprising. When I asked for ranch dressing in the drive-thru, I didn’t receive it. I had to go inside and was given an almost frozen pack of ranch. My chicken wraps were also dry, which was disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent.

Absolutely appalling, show up at 8:30 p.m. and the lobby is closed. The workers are sitting in the lobby ignoring customers. Customers sitting in drive through no one taking orders. Called WKS to inform them. This place needs to just shut down or get new ownership. Preferably a company that trains workers instead of just warm bodies.

Literally every time we come through here, the food is great, but the wait is at least 30 minutes to even have your order taken. After today's wait of 45 minutes and being told to wait after I had ordered the four things we ordered (2 sets of 10 piece nuggets and two frosties) we were told to give them a moment with one (1 singular) car at their window. After being told about this places reputation, and my experiences, I am ept to believe what has been said. Work of getting more ppl or close your doors.
