There were 2 people working. One playing on her phone when we walked in. No one ever waited on us. We finally just left

Literally every time we come through here, the food is great, but the wait is at least 30 minutes to even have your order taken. After today's wait of 45 minutes and being told to wait after I had ordered the four things we ordered (2 sets of 10 piece nuggets and two frosties) we were told to give them a moment with one (1 singular) car at their window. After being told about this places reputation, and my experiences, I am ept to believe what has been said. Work of getting more ppl or close your doors.

Slow to get started at register. Plenty of seating and mostly clean. Floor was a bit slick. Parking was okay and easy to get access to location off main road.

6 people in linewhen i walked in for my lunch break. It took over 45 mins to receive a Dave's double combo!!! My burger sat ready behind the counter for 10 mins before the employee at the counter put it on a tray. So food was cold and plan on an hour for one combo. Utterly unacceptable.

Y'ALL SHOULD REALLY THINK ABOUT MAYBE WASHING YOUR HANDS AT SOME POINT BETWEEN TAKING THE TRASH OUT TO THE DUMPSTER AND TAKING ORDERS AND HANDLING CUSTOMERS' FOOD 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Trapped in the drive through for almost an hour after placing our mobile drive through order. The workers were trying their best but they were horribly understaffed. We honestly should have just left but the only other food option at our exit would have been sit down and just as long.

Hilton Garden Inn must be in trouble. The last 5 stays have been nothing but short on services. The go from a chain that gave you an amazing Breakfast Buffet with your stay to now a single order breakfast for $12-15 depending on location. HGI is def my last resort now..... Pun intended.
They told me at Hilton Honors I have over 1 million points but that was not good enough. And now I learn our points won't auto roll over from year to year. There are other chains and independents who want our business more than Hilton. Time to go elsewhere.

This particular location seems to be understaffed. So I can't hold much against them. Two separate people tried to upsell me spicy nuggets. When I specifically said I wanted NOT spicy nuggets (AKA crispy). They didn't give any reason or indication as to why. Just tried to convince me to get spicy nuggets. So it shouldn't have been a surprise when my nuggets took longer to make. Although they tasted wonderful, I'm not complaining about the wait time. My best guess is they had to make new crispy nuggets and were trying to get rid of the spicy ones. The tables hadn't been wiped off in a bit. The main thing is, the cashier started complaining about a customer to another customer. 😅 I get it, you're frustrated, but maybe don't talk about your customers where other customers can overhear? Oh well, I'm only writing this review because Google won't leave me alone until I do.
