Normally very good, but this day not very good at all. My wife and I bought two gyros and we see them in good time. We drove home to eat them. However, both pita pockets were stale along the edges. You know how sometimes when you leave the bread bag open overnight, how some of the top bread slices are hard, or stale? Stale? What we experienced. It really took away from the sandwich. However, since we're 9 miles away, we had no recourse. We cut off about a third of the bread ends, and ate the rest. But really quite a waste for that kind of money. Did someone forget to close or seal the bag from the night before? I don't know. But it was not a good experience this time.

I went in today at 7:30. I ordered a cup of cheese with my meal, i get to the window and pay. I paid for the cheese and what i received is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I went back around to see if it was a mistake and see if i can get a new cup, and the i heard the lady say to tell me to come up to the window so he tells me to pull forward just to tell me bc “i didn’t ask for a side of cheese” they only gave me one pump and that i would have to be charged .89 cents. When has anyone ever asked for extra of something you give the a half a pump bc no way this is full pump. She refused to give me the item i purchased, and she was completely unprofessional. I work right down the road in food service, and i would NEVER behave the way she did over a damn cup of a cheese. I would have just given it to the guest bc realistically that is not going to hurt Arby’s pockets. I pay $7 for a sandwich just for it to have little to no cheese on it, and i can’t even order a side bc apparently i didn’t say it correctly?! (In the photo i scraped the cheese to the side so you can see just how little they put in it)

On a recent trip to Fort Wayne we stopped at the Arby's in Daleville for lunch. It's right off of the expressways so it's seriously easy to get to.

We arrived around 12:45, so after the Lunch Rush. When we walked in the place was super clean. We went immediately to the counter to order...no wait.

After a short (and by short I mean less than five minutes) wait, we had our food. Since we were the only customers when we ordered I'm guessing they were preparing our food as we ordered it.

First thing's first. I am SO glad to see that Potato Cakes are back. I know they've been back for a while, but I'm just happy about it. To be honest I don't know why they left in the first place, but I will tell you that NOT having Potato Cakes absolutely kept me from visiting any Arby's for a long time.

On this visit I decided to visit my old favorite. The Beef & Cheddar. I worked at an Arby's back in the 80s and it became my favorite way back then and it's still my favorite today.

Our food was hot and accurate. It had been a while since I had a Beef & Cheddar and it didn't let me down. One of my favorite Arby's indulgences is dipping my Potato Cake in Horsey sauce. I highly recommend it. (non sequitur) I think Arby's has changed the Horsey Sauce recipe. It used to have more bite than it does now.

The staff we encountered (Ryan, our order taker) was fun and friendly and even put with my lame humor. For that, alone, she deserves a raise.

We've stopped visited this Arby's before and it's always been a good visit. We'll see you again when we head back to Fort Wayne next weekend!

This is the 2nd time I've stopped to get a milkshake and been told that they had to tear down the machine early due to a leak. I'm done patronizing this location. And as an additional FYI, I placed the order at 10:40 PM and they are open until midnight on Friday.

I want to give a big thank you to the staff member( I think maybe the manager)that helped my 94 yr old father today. He fell outside walking on to the sidewalk. A very kind door dasher helped him up and inside. The staff member went above and beyond helping to get him all bandaged up and cleaned up. Thank you for all you did!

Just passing through on our way to Indy. The restaurant itself isn’t bad, the food was alright. We were hungry and in a hurry. Arby’s definitely sufficed.

I still havw no idea why anyone has a drive thru anymore. Whats the purpose when every car has to pull around and wait for them to bring the food out to you, Then they tell you we was waiting on fresh Potatoe cakes, ok for 1 it does not take 12 min and 2 when I get them and they are warm not hot. The Ruban was great, THE WAIT NOT SO MUCH. And this was 945 at night when only 1 car was in line with me and they had to pull over and wait also.
