Went to drive up this morning for breakfast, also purchased a caramel frappe, ask for extra caramel drizzle in the cup , when i got it there was a small amount of caramel on the top nothing in the cup , i didnt mind the 40 cents extra for the caramel when i ask the window lady , she said the managers dont allow them to put it in the cup ? Why ? Thats the dumbest thing i’ve ever heard, she agreed. Didnt even give my 40 cents back. Better have a talk with managers , not giving customers what they ask and pay for. Wont go back unless that is changed. Never had one mcdonalds refuse to make it the way i wanted. To many out there for this stupid crap

Employees are so rude. We came in to pick up a mobile order, and had to wait 10 minutes, even though we were the only customers in the lobby. While we were waiting, not one employee acknowledged us. Then, we got our food, and I had to ask for our drink cups, which the employee shoved at me across the counter, acting like I was bothering her.

I am sooooo annoyed with this McDonald’s right now . Every time I get their breakfast they mess something up . Well just got back from there . And yet again , they hand me my bag. It’s missing half the food . I say this. I wait 7 min for them to bring me the rest of my food as all the cars go ahead of me . Well they do. I get home just now and my sausage McGriddle they gave me a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle !!! Which I think is disgusting . Cheese and pancake don’t go together in my opinion . All I got was 2 burritos and 2 sausage McGriddles and they messed up my order this badly . I’m done . Not eating this and laying back down

It's actually one of the better McDonald's I've been too. I mean it's still a McDonald's, but I'd rather stop at this one for the kids than many others

Very rude customer service. I asked for 3 large sweet teas and they refused to sell them to me because they didn’t have enough for the drinks with no ice. So then I asked for 2 sweet teas, 1 no ice, but still she said she could not do that either and I asked her why not and she answered we just can’t because you are getting more tea and we can’t do that. Who ever was speaking to me was so rude. When I got to the window they of course parked asked me to park. I asked for corporates number and they assured me they would bring it out to me when my order was bought to me. When my order was finally brought out I asked for the number that they said they would give me with my order, the young lady said I’ll have my manager come out and speak with you and give you the number as we are not corporate owned. I said fine I will wait. I waited 15 mins and no one ever came out and so I just left. I’ve never had bad service there besides having to wait a long time for orders. Acting like I am asking you for free tea is crazy but being rude and then ignoring me after is even crazier. Manager needs more training for sure and so do the employees. But if the manager acts like that I can see why employees would as well.

Used to be a reliable consistent place to eat. Weekend afternoons have went way downhill. orders are always messed up with a very nonchalant attitude... I don't want things for free, I just want them to double check them if you're going to make me wait over 10 minutes and bring out orders that were placed after mine.

Parking: McDonald’s dedicated parking is straight ahead while the drive-through is a left wrapping around the dedicated parking lot which is immediate pulling into the vehicle entrance marked by a yellow illuminated vehicle sign of the gas stations entrance.
