The food was McDonald's you get what you pay for, but the service and lack of motivation on the drive-thru is wild. Attitude from the girl that was at the window giving food out and then had us go wait in a parking spot for over 10 minutes. It's 2 happy meals.

Ordered a Simple Sandwich just a simple sandwich a Double Fish add Extra Pickles, I get 2 small pickles WTH and Fish not fresh.
People come to you for quality service and food not to spend $$ and get food thats half ass.

I’m not sure who was in drive thru taking orders on 9/10/25 at 6pm but you seem like a miserable human being and I really hope you seek help or get a new job. Genuinely unprofessional and odd experience

Had to call them on the phone at 9:30 pm and ask them if they were open in order to get them to take orders at the drive though cause multiple cars were sitting and nobody was being served

I'm not sure if they are understaffed, or are oblivious to what they're doing. We came on a Saturday afternoon, around 1:30 p.m. We ordered off of our app, for a drive-thru order. Once we saw the dual lines, we went inside. All we ordered was a large fry. 15 minutes later, my wife is still waiting. She finally comes out and expresses how the manager must be frustrated. Or many of the counter customer orders, the manager would slam the food onto the counter and yell out the customer's name. She said she saw one customer who had his two drinks that the manager had slammed onto the counter. My wife also noticed that she was yelling and barking a lot at the employees. I get it, maybe they're not the sharpest, but you don't show your butt in public to your customers. She needs retraining.

Starting today, I should start keeping track of how often I order a large unsweet tea and receive a sweet tea instead. I wouldn’t be so upset about it if I didn’t get charged a whole SIXTY CENTS for just ordering an unsweet tea. Please teach your employees what prefixes are and what the “un” means. I can understanding mixing up a Coke Zero with a normal Coke because you just see the first part but it’s the PREFIX - how do you skip over two whole letters and be so confident when you put the cup under the sweet tea spout??

This place. I can't say anything good. If I could, I would give them a -99. They parked 6 cars that were waiting. I was waiting for my food. I ordered 2 plain cheese burgers. I'm not sure what was going on inside inside, but they were not prepared for the Business they were getting. Who knows 🤷‍♂️.
