this is typically my go to Starbucks, i love how fast it is and everything is so yummy… BUT the past few months with new staff, they have been very unfriendly. no smiles, no talk, they just grumpily hand you your order. its kind of disappointing. ESPECIALLY the girl in the mornings she seems like she hates her job. i work in customer service i understand it can be a very unforgiving experience, but its literally part of your job to display kindness. truly it’s not that hard to even fake it if need be…

I can never understand why sweetener packets are forgotten when you place a coffee order with sweetener packets specifically added. I suppose shame on me for not taste testing it when frankly I shouldn't have to. So now I'm stuck driving for the next hour with an $8 coffee that has no sweetener in it that I will have to microwave when I get to my destination and find sweetener to put in it. Great way to start a Thursday.

This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Got some work done there today and the female staff member took extra time preparing my sandwich so the cheese was spread out more - how thoughtful! And one of the other staff members offered me a free oleato shaken espresso since he was training. Will definitely be back when i'm visiting my in-laws in the area.
Sadly they don’t hire new people who desperately need a job in order to make a living. Instead they transfer people from another store. Waited a whole two weeks relying on this job and called each and every day. Didn’t expect to have the job but at least give people who need help an opportunity rather than just transfer smh. ???
