this is typically my go to Starbucks, i love how fast it is and everything is so yummy… BUT the past few months with new staff, they have been very unfriendly. no smiles, no talk, they just grumpily hand you your order. its kind of disappointing. ESPECIALLY the girl in the mornings she seems like she hates her job. i work in customer service i understand it can be a very unforgiving experience, but its literally part of your job to display kindness. truly it’s not that hard...
This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Got some work done there today and the female staff member took extra time preparing my sandwich so the cheese was spread out more - how thoughtful! And one of the other staff members offered me a free oleato shaken espresso since he was training. Will definitely be back when i'm visiting my in-laws in the area.
The staff at the Daleville location are top notch! They are all so friendly and work very hard to get to know you and your individual preferences. I love seeing them just as much as I love the drinks.
