Went in here with my family for lunch today and I'm beyond disappointed with the place. The empty parking lot should have been the deal breaker here but we went in. Staff looked like they would want to be anywhere but here. We ordered the chicken BLT biggie bag but they gave us the junior bacon cheeseburger one. And it was damn near as cold as it was outside n it's only single digits outside. The quality of the food was so bad a starving animal wouldn't eat it. Place needs to shut down

By far, the worst Wendy's in the area. You'd be better off driving to anderson, muncie or pendleton locations. The mess up orders constantly. The food is always dry and stale. The staff are very polite but couldn't care less about their job.

I don't know what it is about this Wendy's but they are super inconsistent. One day the food will be great, then another it's over cooked and tough to eat. The service is friendly though!
They do tend to forget add on's often though. I do understand it's a stressful job, but, when they aren't busy, it shouldn't be an issue to remember to give someone the sauces they paid extra for. If I'm paying, I want what I order.

Just picked up our online order, had to wait about 15 minutes for it, but the food was all cold, not fresh, and put together very sloppily. Why is it cold if we waited so long? I literally had to put together our sandwiches out of the bag because they were just thrown into the bag and not wrapped correctly. I called to complain and they told me to bring the food back and give it to them, pretty sure that is not food safe as I have worked in the food business for years. Overall horrible experience, the manager I talked to was rude and they did not want to fix the problem.

Always consistently the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurant around anywhere. The morning Centre especially is always friendly and cheerful. They don’t act like they resent having to be there like most restaurants these days. They seem to get along and enjoy working with one another. Highly recommend eating here for an experience hardly available anymore.
