To the folks working at Danville, Ind Casey’s today, 7:40 pm - you are doing a great job!! We walked in to a clean store and folks hustling to keep cups stocked, food fresh and a friendly welcome. You were super nice and offered to help me find what I needed. Then, you sent us off with a kind word. I hope you are given the credit and compensation you deserve. You represented the Casey’s brand well.

Staff not wearing masks and not enforcing any COVID regulations whatsoever. Had a grand ole time sitting curbside waiting for pizza (ordered on the app ahead of time, selected curbside pickup) for about an hour and watching all the action. Absolutely unacceptable. Called and was told to come back in 40 minutes after already driving 20 minutes which was the estimated wait time on the app. Pro tip- don't trust the estimated wait time on the Casey's app for pizza. Also don't expect curbside to be a thing at all. Turns out they were sitting there for quite some time with a receipt that said curbside, a phone number to call, and the correct vehicle description. Go figure.

Here's a tip: the staff here does not take the mask rule seriously. They don't care.

I'm so torn on my stars. The service is SO extremely slow at this location. At no time should a gas station be proud of their free WIFI but since the average tIme in line is typically 10 minutes (being 3rd in line) free WIFI is a perk. They stupidly have 1 person on the register during onE of busiest times (4-6 pm weekdays). The credit cards on the pumps work about half the time. Now the food section. Last week, standing at the sub window, the worker clearly couldn't see so the customer walked over to let the food staff know he would like a sub. The response was, I'm making a pizza, you'll have to wait. Few minutes later, the manager asked him if he had been helped. He said no but she knew he was waiting, so she turned and walked away. He left. Good customer service can take an organization to higher levels. This location is missing out on that.

My extended family and I eat a fair amount of pizza to say the least. Casey's (gas station) Pizza continually rates as one of the best around. Try it out. You won't be disappointed. Fast service and quality ingredients.
