Every time I have ordered more than one concrete mixer in the drive through window, at least one of them is wrong. It will be correct on the screen but it is either missing an ingredient or the wrong flavor. Often I don’t have time to wait for them to remake the incorrect one so I settle for the wrong order. I keep giving them chances and they keep making mistakes. Looks like I will be taking my business to the Culver’s in Avon instead. One time is a bit of an inconvenience but not worth a bad review. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it has happened too many times not to say something.

I usually enjoy Culver’s, but this visit was extremely disappointing. My mashed potatoes came out cold, so I politely asked for a fresh serving. They said they’d bring new ones, but they never came out at all. On top of that, the bread was hard and chewy, like it had been sitting out for too long, and the broccoli was also cold. For the price, I expected much better food and service. Sadly, this experience makes me question if I’ll come back.

While me and my family were seated at a round table, two male employees came out to clean tables. The one pick up a rug broom and ran it over a table. They both laughed and walked away. They did NOT wipe the table off, they left it. Now I’m wondering if I sat my family at a nasty table!
