The lady at the drive through window needs a new job. She said she’s part deaf twice during my order. Why is she operating a drive through if she can’t hear? Why did she have an attitude with me because she couldn’t hear me?

Get a new drive thru girl! She was very rude and blamed her mistakes on being “half deaf”.She took my coupon code, told me my blizzard didn’t qualify, and didn’t offer a different one…just wasted the one-time coupon code.

Ordered the “Royal Desiree” Blizzard tonight. It is a royal style blizzard with fudge down the middle and the “crunchy” stuff from the DQ ice cream cake. AWESOME!

Ordered a peanut buster parphea. Was made like i remember it as a child. Friendly service in drive thru. Wish they had Reeses pieces for the blizzard but won't hold that against them. I'm assuming that is a cooperate or owner decision.

Dairy Queen is always good. Only one person working window and drive thru and making everything. Did a great job when he could get to you. We had an add on item we didn't order due to the situation. I felt for the guy. I imagine it's hard to schedule for peak times so patience is a virtue when you need a DQ
