Just had the worst experience at the Hardee’s in Danville. They had us pull up to wait for our food because the chicken was going to take longer- that’s fine. What’s not fine is that the lady hands our drink and food to the wrong person- realizes she made a mistake and then just takes that food that this random person touched all over and gave it to us. When she gave us our milkshake it was completely watery and disgusting. I called the lady over as she was going back inside because she didn’t give us our sauces and she said “reverse back into the drive thru and I’ll hand them out the window” like what??? Moving on to the food we received- we got the wrong burger, and the chicken fingers were dry and partially black, not to mention cold. They couldn’t have possibly just put them in the fryer. Bad experience overall from customer service to the food- I would be understanding if they were super busy but it was just me and another person waiting on food.

Great service definitely worth going I got 50$ worth of food and it was out within 5 minutes! Super fast and amazing service they are so friendly! Definitely coming here everyday for lunch

This is a stand out Hardee’s location! With stellar service and food truly cooked with love! Bobby at the front end demands a respectful approach to customer service while Alanna takes care of cooking with love! I wish this was the location close to my hometown!!

Went for the first time in years for breakfast. Hash rounds were good. Biscuit was so dry and hard that it wasn’t edible. I ordered extra biscuits for later and had to trash those as well. Diet Dr Pepper tasted really bad. Employees were friendly enough and matter of fact and to the point while doing their job. Soda machine was a mess but the place was busy so that was understandable.
