Came through the Hardee’s drive through December 22 around 8:20. When I say the best fries, they had the best fries I have had in a long time! They were hot and crunchy :). The food was perfectly made to order! The staff was joyful and happy! Definitely will be back!! Thank you!!!!

Currently 7 straight weeks of being told they either don’t have ice cream or the machine is broken. Convinced they are too lazy to make a shake
I was made to wait 3 minutes to even place my order ( nobody ahead of me in line). After ordering, I see 2 employees squatting outside smoking. I get to the window to wait another 5 minutes for barely edible food. This was our second chance stop. No third chance for sure!

Just had the worst experience at the Hardee’s in Danville. They had us pull up to wait for our food because the chicken was going to take longer- that’s fine. What’s not fine is that the lady hands our drink and food to the wrong person- realizes she made a mistake and then just takes that food that this random person touched all over and gave it to us. When she gave us our milkshake it was completely watery and disgusting. I called the lady over as she was going back inside because she didn’t give us our sauces and she said “reverse back into the drive thru and I’ll hand them out the window” like what??? Moving on to the food we received- we got the wrong burger, and the chicken fingers were dry and partially black, not to mention cold. They couldn’t have possibly just put them in the fryer. Bad experience overall from customer service to the food- I would be understanding if they were super busy but it was just me and another person waiting on food.
