I witnessed the worst display of customer service this evening. There was an elderly lady in front of us in the checkout. She was in a chair and the cashier simply told her there was no one to help her with getting her groceries to her car. Meanwhile, she had the bag boy, go open a checkout lane because there were too many people in line. It was two other people....He was oblivious to what was happening because he simply doesn’t understand customer service. He leaned on the counter half the time when he could have been out there helping her. There were also two younger girls up at the customer service counter having a conversation. One of them could have handled it. Sad to see Kroger worry more about cutting labor than having an extra person or two to help the customers that need it.

I went to Kroger again today. There is Kroger and Walmart. I am absolutley over this Kroger. I went to purchase steaks today. Every steak has an unacceptable amount of fat on it. The fillets should be almost completely fat free. That's why they are $20/lb.. They looked like rib eye's with all their fat. The meat quality is horrible. If you have terrible quality steaks you must mark them down. It looked like a 5 year old carved all the steaks. I definitely won't but steaks here again. I probably won't ever go back!
