First meal since new owners. Other than bakery and breakfast Saturday and Sunday things are pretty much the same. Breakfast food was good but was slow in being prepared/delivered. We weren't in a hurry so no problem for us. Server was very polite and pleasant.

Cute atmosphere. Service was prompt and friendly,however, the food not great. My fried chicken breast was small and dry. Overcooked and only barely warm as we're the mashed potatoes. Green beans were tasty,but barely warm. My husband said his beef Manhattan wasn't hot at all and dry as well. This was a Wednesday night at 6 p.m. and the restaurant was not busy at all.

A fun place with the black and white TVs showing the sitcom. The coffee is watery think. Food decent. Waitstaff awesome.

Cristy was our excellent waitress! We never ran out of drinks she was very attentive, courteous, paid attention to details and an expert in her business. Coffee was perfect taste! Food was delicious, made to perfection. My husband said he would have preferred hash brown potatoes but otherwise food was hot, generous proportion, and water had a good taste! Bathroom was clean, smell fresh with plenty of paper products . We will be back( that is not a threat but a promise) ❣️

Really good bread, generous amount of bacon, and the sweet potato fries were great. My husband had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was fresh and the mashed potatoes are from scratch. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Danville!

We just stopped in to check the place out since we're always getting told our son looks like Opie. The old car outside was neat to see. They no longer have the Opie look alike contests which is sad but looking at the former winners, it seems not many actually look like him anyway. We didn't stay to eat but we were still greeted and treated great. They let us walk around and look at the memorabilia upstairs and downstairs.
Excellent experience. Will definitely be back.
