So I ordered a big Mac large fry with this new secret sauce and but I forgot ranch but there’s a worker there. His name is Taylor. I asked for the ranch and you know what he brought me. He brought me sweet and sour sauce. How does that even make sense? And also that’s not even it. I also wanted an Oreo McFlurry, but guess what their ice cream machine was frozen apparently I don’t even know how that makes any sense do better McDonald’s. and guess what one more thing I wanted a extra pie like Apple pie that I paid for and they didn’t bring it out to me do better!!!

Ordered a quarter pounder and cheese that was pressed flat and looks like a regular cheeseburger patty, didnt bother to fill my fries fully and were cold even though they were packed. Would not recommend this location

This is the WORST McDonald’s to exist. Can’t ever have your food ready in a timely manner AT the window. Instead they set your food to the side have you pull up and let 4 or more cars that arrived after you get their food. Then they proceed to bring out your COLD food. Go to Avon

They prioritize drive thru this makes 4 times I've had to go in to get my food fixed and the food is constantly cold staff ignores and has terrible attitudes towards customers. This McDonald's has gone downhill just in the past 4 months I start taking my business elsewhere.
