Actually don't deserve any stars the couple times I've been there they never got my order right and then they want to argue about it and then it takes at least 20 minutes to get a hamburger and a fry they can't get either one of them right

I ordered on the mobile app and sat in the curbside spot for more than 15 minutes before I went inside. The young lady that helped me inside was great but I requested manager and he did nothing. Didn't apologize or anything. Very dissatisfied with the service.
I go pretty usually I would rather go here. Than Taco Bell The chicken nuggets and fries are amazing This is honestly probably the best restaurant in danville you should come to this McDonalds instead of Avon McDonalds

I was ordering outside curbside and was waiting for a small order and a car comes and and leaves and comes back to an employee bringing out his order before mine, I got impatient . I was like hey excuse me what about my order? I was a little irritated but the employee gives me the bird with a straight up finger and I jump out the car asking his name . Well the manager heard the commotion and professionally and calmly cooled me down and sent the employee to the back. She came back out and made me feel appreciated and her general concern about the interaction really impressed me and made me write her a commendation for dealing with me being a hot head reacting to a child doing childs play. I wish I got the managers name because she deserves a standing ovation and in a hot headed moment in the store she kept her cool exceptionally well and showed shes the one for the job. Shes really good at what she does ! Please give her my thanks and promote her asap! Shes a winner ! The child in question question Im sure was disciplined properly by her . She was fantastic.. REALLY!

So I ordered a big Mac large fry with this new secret sauce and but I forgot ranch but there’s a worker there. His name is Taylor. I asked for the ranch and you know what he brought me. He brought me sweet and sour sauce. How does that even make sense? And also that’s not even it. I also wanted an Oreo McFlurry, but guess what their ice cream machine was frozen apparently I don’t even know how that makes any sense do better McDonald’s. and guess what one more thing I wanted a extra pie like Apple pie that I paid for and they didn’t bring it out to me do better!!!
