Ordered a quarter pounder and cheese that was pressed flat and looks like a regular cheeseburger patty, didnt bother to fill my fries fully and were cold even though they were packed. Would not recommend this location

This is the WORST McDonald’s to exist. Can’t ever have your food ready in a timely manner AT the window. Instead they set your food to the side have you pull up and let 4 or more cars that arrived after you get their food. Then they proceed to bring out your COLD food. Go to Avon

They prioritize drive thru this makes 4 times I've had to go in to get my food fixed and the food is constantly cold staff ignores and has terrible attitudes towards customers. This McDonald's has gone downhill just in the past 4 months I start taking my business elsewhere.

This McDonalds has consistently been off when it comes to getting orders correctly, let alone in a timely manner.
So slow I waited for 10 mins in the #2 spot. . They waited untill 5 orders were ready. And guess who was first to wait and last to get cold food. Thank you, danville McDonald’s you never cease to amaze me.

2nd time we've been here. First time we were parked for over 30 minutes for FRAPPES! This time we were parked because they were "waiting on fries" only to be brought cold stale fries. The lettuce on our sandwich was bitter and turning brown. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
