I dont eat fast food much but this has to be the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. Ive moved to town a couple months ago and have had late nights working and nothing else is open. This place is pitiful....everything tastes freezer burnt...the damn food is the worst tasting mcdonalds in any city ive ever lived and mcdonalds food is already very subpar. This place needs to close or corporate needs to come in and inspect the quality.

This McDonalds is pretty bad. This morning they made every car in the drive thru park in pickup spots. Then we all sat there for 10-15 minutes before they brought everyone their food at once. Mine was cold.

The past three times I’ve been to this McDonald’s they’ve gotten my order wrong, like completely wrong order. It’s always right on the screen but when I pull up to grab my food it’s always incorrect and one time I waited 20 minutes and left without my drink due to an incorrect order. Today I checked my orders and told them it was incorrect, I neglected the fact that it could be wrong a second time and drove away without checking that I was missing a hashbrown and I received a egg and cheese McMuffin instead of a breakfast burrito. This is the third time I’ve received a egg and cheese McMuffin and not a sausage burrito.

It has been years since I've had lunch from a McDonald's. Their lunch food usually doesn't agree with me but I had been thinking of a Big Mac lately. No one was present at the order register upon arriving but after looking over the menu for just a couple of minutes, someone came to take my order. After I placed my order, I had trouble finding a clean table to eat on. I ordered the #1 which is the Big Mac with medium fries and a medium fountain drink. As soon as I finished, I was craving my tums for an upset stomach. The Big Mac was tasty but it had too much special sauce on it thus requiring a napkin each time I picked it up. Plus I was limited to only three napkins since McDonald's rations napkins to their customers. It will probably be years again before I go back. The restroom needed attention. There was a big puddle under the urinal. My rating is two and a half stars. My experience was less than okay.

Slowest drive thru ever! It has been that way for years, no matter what time of day. At least this time the fries were hot. The person taking the orders sounded bored and if he was the same one taking the money, he looked bored and bothered to be there. The lady handing out the food was friendly and looked like she was doing all of the work! Too bad this is one of the few fast food restaurants on the main strip in Danville.
