After a poor experience with a staff member, the store manager Brittany and the regional manager LaTonya (hopefully I heard that right) went out of their way to handle the issue in an appropriate and very kind way.

In a culture where it is very easy to be labeled negatively when a customer speaks to a poor experience, speaking up was hard. Thank you to these two ladies who care very much about their customers and their store for reaching out in a timely manner. 👏❤️

Love this location. The best one out of all of them. Not joking.

20 minutes and still waiting for my 8 year old’s favorite drink, vanilla frap. 3 baristas working the drink stations and the drink takes this long to make? Very slow service.

Thankfully I’m not from this area, because I have never ordered at a Starbucks with a ruder barista.
I didn’t even get to order a drink because simply after ordering a sandwich they made it sound like I was an inconvenience to her. This location needs to keep employees who hate their job and are people out of the window and away from speaking to customers. With this location being next to a hospital you never know if your customers are going through a hard time.

Very friendly batista, who was also exceptionally patient with me while I was ordering. Some locations expect you to know what you want when you show up, and for folks who don't go outbto get coffee often it is a bit of a turn off from the whole franchise. Very welcoming location with quick service and delicious coffee.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in Hendricks County. The baristas are snotty and rude (unless you’re an officer in uniform).
Rarely does a barista know what a “splash of cream” means, and you leave with a drink that tastes like iced milk.
They will always forget your food. Always.
Today they forgot my daughter’s breakfast. We waited 10 additional minutes and the croissant still wasn’t ready. These are not made from scratch folks. They easily could have just grabbed her one and let us leave, but now we’re at the back of the line. Instead of making it right, she told me someone else must have grabbed it. End of story. At this point, we are late getting to school, so I just asked for a refund so we could leave. She refused. She told me to come back and I could pick it up for free later. First of all, the croissant isn’t free if I already paid for it. Secondly, now my daughter is at school without breakfast.

Everyone was polite and courteous. Love it when you and they have a chance to laugh and enjoy the time.
