Food is always fine to me. But whoever they had working on 10/26 around 3:30pm to 4pm. The employe that was here alone. Seems to be either to tired to function or to high to figure out anything. I had to repeat my order multiple times. My food didnt even get cut like they are supposed to. The man barely spoke up so I could barely hear him.

girl with tattoos was very rude from the beginning didnt say hi or anything. when my friend asked for a bowl she rolled her eyes and didnt listen to what she wanted on her bowl and rolled her eyes again when my friend told her that it was wrong. when asked how much meat they put on the salad bowls both girl looked at each other like they were stupid and didnt know how to do their job. told them we were going somewhere else and as we were walking away they were laughing and making rude remarks. they were not professional at all and obviously need someone higher up to tell them how to make the food and maintain their food because the lettuce was all brown and there were flys and bugs flying all over the food. terrible customer service👎🏻

Watch when they put your meat on your sandwich or bowl bc they told me they just grab a few when technically it's more than 3 for a protein bowl. Plus, they had attitude, didn't care for Flys everywhere, and when we walked away to go somewhere else, they started talking and laughing about us to go pay somewhere else. Never again will I go to that subway. It was my 1st time, I was polite in the beginning, but when you don't know how much meat is on it, just do what the customer suggests. Especially since they both worked at a subway.

Service was much different this time, last time we ordered 6in. cold combo we received plenty on the toppings, this time the person did not want to do that, this was bear minimum toppings to say the least. I think they have sold out to someone else.We will not be back to this place

It is sad when you pay $10 for a footlong veggie sub and the majority of your sub is bread. This store skimps on toppings. When you complain they do not offer to add items or remake the sub. Won't be coming back to this one.

On 12/10/24 at the Walmart in Danville around 11:45 am, the two women working there really seemed to dislike their jobs. I felt out of place and nervous about ordering. The meal prep lady was particularly unfriendly, while the older woman just seemed to be going through the motions. The food felt lifeless, just thrown together without any care. There was no greeting or farewell—just a cold experience all around.

Literally the only subway that has tuna that isn’t disgusting! Everyone is always super friendly and every sandwich we get is perfect. Bread is always soft and fresh!
If I could leave a zero star rating I would! Customer service is HORRIBLE all the way down to the management. I went to pickup an express pickup order and both employees ignored my presence when they had multiple chances to acknowledge me. I made eye contact with one employee and said "hello I'm-" and he just threw my sandwich onto the counter without saying anything. I didn't even get to finish giving him the name on my order. I was too shocked to respond to his aggressive behavior. So was the lady in line. He seen our faces and said " we are busy right now". They only had 2 customers and one express pickup which was me. I don't understand how you are too busy to acknowledge a customer and treat them with humility. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He was just as rude and only said "okay Ms. lady". He didn't care that I was treated poorly. Unfortunately this is another case of racism and when I tried to handle this situation without pulling the race card up it was dismissed. So I'm publicly sharing my experience to save someone else from having an awful experience at this location.

Chicken bacon ranch was very delicious! The gentleman that made my sandwich done an excellent job!¡! Also my pretzel was extremely good as well!!! Great job everyone!!!
I get the same thing every time I go here and it's always good! Roasted chicken on Italian herbs and cheese bread, toasted with pepper jack cheese...... yummy! ????
