Was picking up a mobile order for someone and waited for 30 minutes before I gave up and left. Some poor guy next to me had been sitting long before I got there and they hadn't even started on his food yet. If you've got time to kill this is the place. I've never had a fast experience here ever

This guy with curly hair was getting unreasonably upset at us for coming in and eating food which I guess isn’t allowed in restaurants anymore. He singled out a friend of mine, his name is Abram, and demanded for him to leave immediately and Abram did nothing wrong. Another man in the back quickly chimed in, yelling, “Bye! Bye!” This was a further push to get my friend to leave upon which we did not leave because we weren’t in the wrong. They then proceeded to wad up my quesadilla and chuck it in the bag with no regard to the fact that I spend 7 dollars and 15 cents on said quesadilla, (it was still really good though). Truly devastating to see what Taco Bell, or should I say Taco HELL, has come to.

I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. One of the employees was extremely unprofessional toward a group of high school and middle school students. He accused the students of letting people in after closing time (10:30) without any proof, and then began cursing, threatening to kick kids out, and creating a very uncomfortable environment.
The service after that incident was also poor—the employee slammed food down without calling out names, used inappropriate language, and stared down the kids in a way that made many of them feel intimidated. He even yelled at someone walking in the door and threatened to stop serving food altogether.
This behavior was unacceptable, especially in front of minors. It left a very negative impression and set a terrible example.

Not always the cleanest inside but we dropped in with a big order tonight and the gentleman that prepared our food got it done quick, fast & in a hurry.

Been here for breakfast only. All 3 times they weren't open on time. Had to wait until 820 most times. Efficiency isn't their main focus here. Need better management.

Today I placed a mobile order at 12:04pm, and ended up waiting 40 full minutes to receive my food. I was on my limited time linch break from work, and began asking about my order after 20mins. At 12:24 I waited about 5 minutes for an employee to notice me, and was told my order was being made. At 12:36 I asked again, and was told the same thing. By 12:40 I had to express that my lunch was ending soon and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes already. My food was finally ready, but when I asked to speak with a manager, he made it very clear that he did not care. I didn’t expect anyone to grovel or kiss my butt, but usually after waiting more than ~2mins in the drive through, it’s company policy to provide at least a free taco coupon. I asked about a full refund but he explained that gets handled through the app and he could do nothing for me in that moment. I said the refund is no problem I’ll use the app, but that the least I could get from the store itself would be some free taco coupons, since waited so long. I arrived and the store was full, I watched the entire line clear out, multiple times, the drive through cleared out multiple times, and was still not served for 40 minutes. That’s such a completely unacceptable time that I almost wish I were more of a “Karen”, because I tried to be incredibly patient and understanding, but was given such bad service. I waited so long that around 5 customers had noticed me waiting, and asked how long it had been. When I finally got my food, one woman even expressed “she waited 40 minutes for THAT?!”. Anyway, hopefully the app appeal comes through or I’ll dispute it with my card. Either way, wouldn't bother with this location.

Food tasted okay, but terrible service and below average cleanliness. We were only customers in the restaurant. No greeting. No offer to take order. We used the kiosk. They got the order wrong. I had to ask twice and finally gave up. Decided to take out due to atmosphere and uncleanliness. I’m in Danville two or three times a week. Lots of other choices for fast food.
They did awesome today, I had three mobile orders back to back and they nailed everything perfectly. Best Taco bell service I've had in years. I've been to a lot of Taco Bell stores in the past.
Cloverdale taco bell is in fact the worst like the woman below says, very odd because that's actually my taco bell store at home. Which leaves Danville to be way better. Thank you
We have eaten at a few Taco Bell’s some were good but many were bad. The Taco Bell in Cloverdale is the absolute worst! The Taco Bell in Danville Indiana is the BEST! Great service and fresh delicious food! Thank you!
