Food tasted okay, but terrible service and below average cleanliness. We were only customers in the restaurant. No greeting. No offer to take order. We used the kiosk. They got the order wrong. I had to ask twice and finally gave up. Decided to take out due to atmosphere and uncleanliness. I’m in Danville two or three times a week. Lots of other choices for fast food.

They did awesome today, I had three mobile orders back to back and they nailed everything perfectly. Best Taco bell service I've had in years. I've been to a lot of Taco Bell stores in the past.
Cloverdale taco bell is in fact the worst like the woman below says, very odd because that's actually my taco bell store at home. Which leaves Danville to be way better. Thank you

We have eaten at a few Taco Bell’s some were good but many were bad. The Taco Bell in Cloverdale is the absolute worst! The Taco Bell in Danville Indiana is the BEST! Great service and fresh delicious food! Thank you!

THIS TACO BELL SHOULD BE CLOSED!! They always screw up your order and/or are “skimpy” with portions. The amount of money you pay, you are better off staying home or going to the Avon location.

To corporate: do you notice that your sales are taking a “dip.” Danville is a small town and everyone will know not to come to the your location.

Gave them another chance and they failed miserably. I bit into a taco and the meat or the sour cream was spoiled. The other taco had a tiny bit of meat, a pinch of cheese, and that was all. Most of the time when I order tacos from them the shells are totally crushed before they’re handing the bag out the window.

Ordered lunch today checked that they had the order correct on the screen and it was and then I got home and we were missing part of the order. I tried to call them back about it. They never answer their phone. It rings 50 times and they never answered the phone. It just hangs up on you. How do you contact Taco Bell in Danville? I have my receipt. I will be stopping in there later. They need to put a sticker on every single item saying what it is so that is easy and quick for the customer to check the order themselves other than to have to sit there and unwrap everything

My family came through today for lunch. We placed a mobile order. One of the items we ordered was a red slushee. It was handed to us through the window very fast. The lid was barely halfway on, and it was leaking everywhere. The young man at the window was noticeably in a big hurry. When he handed us our bag of food, I asked for a handful of napkins to try and clean up the mess. He handed me a very messy wad of napkins and then slammed the window shut. We were trying to get his attention to ask for another cup since this was such a huge mess. All we got was “have a nice day” and the window shut.

We drove off in disbelief. Red syrup is all over us and the front seat of the car.

To top this off, our food was horribly assembled and a mess. My quesadilla was cold and the cheese was cold ( not melted at all).

We eat tacobell several times a week, and have never had this poor of an experience.

Do better Danville Tacobell.

Don’t waste your time at Danville Taco Bell They are ALWAYS out of everything. Stopped today and pulled up to drive through to be greeted with “just so you know, we are out of breakfast”. It was 10:20AM. Stopped in several times at different times of day and have had this happen. Why are you even open for business? If you own the place and can’t afford to stock product then sell it to someone who can. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not the fault of the employees! Poor ownership!!

Walked over from work today to get lunch and the lobby was closed. I called the store to get told I can not place an order for pick up so I had to cancel my order. When I watched another guy go in and get his. Very inconvenient

Worst Taco Bell experience. Was questioning me whenever I ordered if I ordered at the right place. I think they just didn’t understand who I was. The MAIN PROBLEM was the 4 of my items had the meat just forgotten.

Look, it's a Taco Bell. You're mostly going there because it's on the cheap side. But for that price, it's decent! Staff have always been great, and I like that the basic tacos are gluten free- one of the only decent gluten free fast food places I can go to.
