The bread was delicious and I enjoyed my salad. The staff were good and friendly. My husband got steak and shrimp. The steak was only 1/2 in. thick and too much fat, and the shrimp were greasy. He didn't eat any shrimp and only half of the steak. The baked potato had to be sent back to be heated so the butter would melt. I got the linguini with marinara sauce, and the sauce (had too much sauce) tasted like something out of a can. Maybe it's that way in Indiana but not...
THE CUTEST darn spot. I'm a sucker for a "Tahoe cabin" aesthetic with wood benches, troohy fish, and other taxidermy. Stacy and Leanne were angels! We had great food (6 wings in Buffalo sauce, Walleye, Lake Perch, and Ribeye. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was fun...and clean! Best spot by far in De Motte!
This is the second time eating here I’ve ate here a few months ago everything was great but today I ordered chicken strips, Philly cheese & mozz sticks… everything is dry or has a weird aftertaste… I think you guys need to change your oil…. My fries even taste weird and dry… I just feel like if you’re going to pay that much for food it shouldn’t be dry and taste weird. Normally I don’t go out of my way to make a fuss but yikes… I love my food this is disappointing.
