had the birrria tacos. gross full of chunks of fat..they knocked 2 dollars off our bill or could remake them .

I’ve called this placed twice and both times right away they said they are an hour behind on placing an order?? Never seen any Mexican restaurant take that long to make their food we can’t even eat here if we wanted to they are so far behind

Ordered carry out paying $41 for two chicken quesadilla dinners, chips & queso cheese. Get home to find our quesadillas were burnt and the orange tinted chicken had no taste. Rice & beans were ok… I wasn’t worried cause we had chips and queso as a back up. So we get a big container of queso cheese and my gf pulls out this tiny paper sack that might have had 10 maybe 15 chips in it. So we grabbed spoons and ate the queso sauce j/k. The queso cheese was good. Perhaps a bad night and we picked up around 8:15p. They close at 9p so maybe that was an issue. Not sure if we will be back. Not a fan of Taco Bell but could have done better at half the cost. I never write reviews but Dangit I wanted some cheesy chicken quesadillas!!! Really not sure about that tiny paper sack of chips… I’m assuming those are normally given with meals and my order was forgotten. If I return and have a better experience, I will change my rating.

First of all the customer service was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my company's dinners. The food was fabulous. I can't say enough about Burritos Jalisco in DeMotte. 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was told 40 min, waited an hour and a half and the take out area was full of customers with the same issue, as well as issues with what they ordered vs what they got

This is the best Mexican resturaunt food around hands down. Great portions and good pricing. The service is always great and kind. I just wish they would expand and get a better location with more seating. In the winter we won't dine in because you freeze whenever the door is open. We can't go with my mom anymore because it was so difficult for her to navigate inside with her walker. Maybe they will take over where Heather's was across the street. I hope so so we can make this a frequent date night spot and not just a carry out spot.

Parking: Has to wait for a parking spot to open up but food is worth the bad location

Wheelchair accessibility: Very difficult for my mom's walker to fit. Tight seating area.

Food is good, the front kid at take out side is TERRIBLE, and if he's working I will not order from there!!!!. Also they tell you an hour to pick then it turns into an hour 45 , and they have a text when your order is ready that does not work, I got my food then 30mins later it texts me my food is ready, lol. Im already almost done eating. I can see 10 even 15 mins past the time they tell you but 45 to an hour past , hell no. But again the boy in the take out needs to learn allot of manners.

We ordered a large catering order for my daughter's openhouse. The food was all ready on time. Hot, delicious and exactly what we wanted. Everyone at the party raved about how good it was! Thank you for the wonderful service and taking a little stress off of me on such a busy day! Will definitely order catering again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
