Food was great. When the order came to the table it was quickly placed down and the gal walked away. I said thank you and she said nothing. Not friendly and rather rude. I asked a young man her name and he said Patty. He was very polite and courteous.
Usually have a decent experience at this location. The last time though they didn't put Amy chili or cheese on my dog and had to turn around and go back. Then they requested to see my receipt that I had to go back amd get to make sure I ordered chili and cheese I guess? Took way too long to get some put on it. But 4 stars because usually they're on top of it.
Ordered a basic cheeseburger and curds and there was one person in front of me. Took over 20 minutes. I complained about the delay and the fact that it smells like literal poop when you walk in the door. The shift manager told me "it's the sewer of DeMotte." If it were unavoidable then how do other restaurants manage it? Definitely not returning.
