Not friendly or professional. The chicken tasted like it sat around for quite awhile. It was Saturday night about 8pm and we were the only customers. This is the 2nd time this happened and we won't be returning.

Went there today and had terrible food and not so good service. Gave my husband hours old chicken and once again they have still haven’t gotten any butter. Filled our order and after I walked away, realized the girl forgot my sauces and she seemed to get an attitude and then I had to get my own silverware. Won’t be back again. Children running the place with no adult supervision.

There was no one up front and when the young lady finally came up to casher she didn't say anything just looked at me and was rude. When I received my food chicken tenders they didn't look cooked I was afraid to eat it, went up to the same girl and said I dont think these are cooked through they had white stuff oozing out of them.. She said they are on a timer I dont know why they wouldn't be. Kept doing whatever and I said you think I could get some new ones 😏 . She said sure and then they gave me drum stick and thigh which I wanted tenders. Not happy didn't see any numbers or manager name to call or talk to. Terrible Terrible service and food. I was super excited to see KFC when I got to Demotte.

Chicken wasn't very good. Had a fried mash potatoes and gravy it was ok but cold. Don't care for them mixing mash potatoes and gravy, not enough gravy. Coslaw was good. Corn was ok after adding butter. Basically was disappointed with meal. They had cherry poppers I thought they were good.

One of our favotites. Good quality food, friendly service, clean store and rest rooms. Sometimes tile hallway floor slipery. Other than that, good place for quick meal.
Parking: Park in front if store.
Kid-friendliness: Normal kid friendly, with proper adult supervision.
Love the Demotte store. Nice people, great food especially when fresh out of the pressure fryer (and lately, that's been often).. The place is clean, their lemonade is excellent and they always run deals that are hard to beat, especially at the end of my paycheck! :) I do miss their buffet which shut down during covid and never came back again.. but the specials they run do give me plenty to eat, anyway. :)
Amazing people. Delicious food and prices are unbeatable. Me and my family will definitely be coming back
