Wow this place is managed very well! Way to go staff on being so friendly and welcoming. The burger was fresh, fries hot, people kind and bathrooms clean. You don’t see this everyday at McDonald’s. Keep up the great work!

They're so slow. Anytime you go through the drive thru you're asked to move forward. You go in and you're forced to wait. Currently waiting 20 minutes for our food inside. Door dash orders keep getting filled. Edit- we ended up waiting 35 minutes. They forgot our happy meal. Got that. They forgot the drink. They do not go help people at the counter. I had to yell to them they forgot my food. Manager kind of threw the bags on counter.

This McDonalds seriously needs to be evaluated by the owners and or even McDonalds Corporate, even if your a franchise you still have particular aspects you must meet and also someone or something even higher that can literally "make or break you"..because at the end of the day it is still their logo, mission statement, "base" of a business that they must and should protect and project well. With that being said, this McDonalds has HORRIBLE management skills and daily operational skills/guidelines/practices. Out of a 10 scale 1 being bad and 10 good, the management (especially 1 or 2 of the management team) is a 1 (if you could give them less majority would) they almost all the time are rude, unprofessional, as well as dishonest, dismissive, and argumentative to customers as well as employees (in front of the public) and if you clearly are correct they do not like that and have threatened to call local police on the customers (basically due to fact that they are called out and proven to be in the wrong) Food typically is incorrectly made, missing, or quality of food being over-cooked, under-cooked or clearly stale or been sitting around too long. Out say 20 visits I as well as the general public can honestly say at least 14-15 times out of those 20 this is the outcome..and when you mention it and even go out of your way to be nice, understanding and patient you will be given attitude, blantly treated wrong and acted like you..the customer..is an inconvenience! With this all being said don't get me wrong there are a few employees that truly do not fit this negativity..but generally speaking if the business has shit poor leadership and nothing is being done about it, even with continued same issues; we (the customers) all can't be wrong, then it is going to be the "norm" on practice and procedure. People can say "well don't go there" or "it's clearly not that bad" but in reality it truly is and with limited fast food options in the area there is still going to be people that deal with this due to it is what it is type of feeling. In closing, if #1- the management and employees that project this poor example of customer service, was to be treated or deal with what the general customer base deals with with them they would be extremely irate as well. #2 if the ownership would truly see, and therefore handle correcting the issues they would probably see a high increase of overall sales and thus profitability, but at the end of the day they obviously do not care as well, as they probably see it as "well we're still getting our money" or don't care because "it's a limited area, they will deal with it, why stress myself over it as I'm still here still making money"..but is they were to also be held accountable such as take their franchisee license away and or penalize them..I'm sure they would change their tune!***also if people was honest the positive reviews on this McDonalds are majority either fake, and or applied by either someone employed there, owns and or has family that is employeed there and they are just trying to boost or "balance out" against the negative reviews and or comments ( its done all the time)***

And this place just keeps getting "better and better" every time you turn around something, it's either out broken or messed up. Whenever you order it, I don't live 2 seconds away from there. I live out in the country, so it takes a good probably, 12 minutes to get there and the last couple times their machine has not been working right or it's being serviced or it's down. So I have made it a point to even call before I go up there. Because if that's what I'm primarily going for I don't want to drive 12 minutes, one way to be told once I get there up. It's down up. It's not

This McDonalds has you pull aside everytime you order, its been like this for a while now. There is nothing fast about it. You are better off going to Lupes for lunch. You will get better for in a similiar time frame.

I will never eat here again the manager crystal there was very rude to before no reason I tried to talk to her ; I have thus recorded ). She was very rude threatening me to call the police on me for no reason when she was the one way out of like due to being under that there was only two people working. Her n another girl. Also rumors going around that she goods means and pockets the money and makes it look like it’s a refund to a customer. I round never let a hit headed untrustworthy person like this lady anywhere near my money or. My customers I know McDonald’s isn’t that desperate for employees. I would only hope in the future they hire better management for there younger team members to learn from.

Floors are always greasy and tables not normally clean. The last 3 times I’ve gone my fires were half or less than half full and my order was messed up or confused with someone else’s. Tonight I was shorted a happy meal my fries were less than half full and the nuggets were overcooked and hard. Called to complain was told to bring a receipt and they would get me a new kids meal
