We ordered delivery threw door dash. We were missing the wings on our order it happens. We received a credit. I would rather have my dinner but ok. So immediately ordered again to get the missing part plus a couple more things. We payed delivery fee and tipped again. I received the missing part of my first order and the rest was im guessing someone else's order. It was labeled with someone else's name and as an Uber eats order. So far we have been offered a credit for next time. I would like to eat dinner tonight. After ordering twice I don't think three will be the charm and I don't want to tip and pay a fee for a third time. I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just wanted dinner.
Side note sorry to Momina B. They gave us ur large hand tossed veg lover S Grl prom and personal pan cheese. Hopefully you got ur dinner fixed easier.

It used to be ok and punctual and professional. Few weeks back while picking up an order over the loud speaker the music had cuss words almost every other word. When I said something about it to the worker they laughed and said it was a cooks music. Family restaurant . Fast forward to my next visit absolutely chaos . This place was so disorganized and in disarray you would hardly believe it was once a successful business . After waiting 40 mins for one pizza that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins I cancelled in person. A poor woman waited 40 mins for her food only to find it was in the warming bin the whole time and she could have left had one employee there had any type of training or worth ethic . No gloves and no one looks like they ever wash their hands. It’s a shame

I been gone from this area a couple years. I was just informed this location don't deliver anymore. Well, the only reason and I mean only reason I ordered here in the past was it was the only restaurant that delivered here. The pizza is lousy and way expensive for what it is. Delivery was there only pro. If I got to door dash then pizza hut won't even make the top 50 list of available options.

Horrible experience we were dinner first of all and we’re waiting not getting any service. When we started to get taken care of we had a horribly rude lady named Ashely. And she treated not only be but my family horribly and we were just trying to get a good meal during a family dinner. But turned into a discusting mess of a family outing. I will 100 percent be taking this up further and me and all my family will never be going back there. Very disappointed in the staff mainly woman named Ashely.

Very poor experience. It started with waiting almost five minutes to be seated, and we were the only dine in customers. We had four in our party one ordered a pasta dish one salad bar (that was sad looking at best) one sandwich and one salad off the menu. The orders came out one at a time with the pasta being first, five minutes later the fries for the sandwich five minutes later the sandwich and five minutes later the salad. How does it take longer to make a salad that to bake a pasta dish? We had a refill on water and it had what appeared to be a bug floating in it. She apologized and said the dishes most not have been washed good. That makes me wonder if the other dishes were dirty. We left a five dollar tip any way but on our bank statement it showed they took eleven. Now I know why we were the only dine in customers. Not going back.

We ordered asuper supreme pizza, a coke.Add an iced tea, one salad bar. The ice tea came with no ice. The salad bar what's less than subpar. They had the nerve to charge seven dollars for that. Total bill came to $35.27. That's what I call a ripoff. I am not afraid to pay when something is worth it, but this was not.

Not necessarily this location’s fault, but I went in yesterday to try to place an order and there was a lady working with glasses screaming at one of the other workers. He remained calm and was trying to calm her down, but she began cussing and getting more angry so I walked out and didn’t even end up placing my order.

My girlfriend and I came for dinner dine in. Our server was very loudly goofing around with her friends instead of doing her job. Shortly after we put our order in, a little girl threw up on the floor in front of the bathroom, the server very loudly gasped and said “omg a little girl just threw up, I’m gonna die” she continued on complaining about how disgusting it was. 40 min passed by of watching the server goof around and we never got our food. Finally she brought out our breadsticks and they were ice cold. We heard them in the kitchen talking about how they forgot to put the pizza in the oven. We left after an hour with no food and extremely irritated.
