Decided on an afternoon out with my husband to try this place. Saw good reviews so we figured why not try it. BIG MISTAKE!We arrived at 20 min to 4pm. Ordered a grinder sandwich that was to be roast beef, corned beef, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & provolone cheese. And hot or cold.I ordered no cheese, no onions & hot. Waitress comes & says they have no roast beef. I said no problem, I'll just have corned beef.1st sandwich had cheese so right away I sent it back2nd time I opened the sandwich to take a bite of the meat & it was cold. (Like right out the frig cold)So again it goes back.Next time I open the sandwich & start to take a bite & I notice something below the lettuce. It's a bunch of sliced onion.Ok..now another waitress comes & says they are going to remake my sandwich so away it goes again. Wait for another few minutes & my original waitress comes back & tells me they stopped serving grinder sandwiches at 4pm. But I ordered it before 4pm. Needless to say this is my first & last time at this place!I will say the place was clean but I did not get to eat!

We stopped through here on my birthday last Wednesday and the drinks and food were amazing. The bar tenders and servers were so sweet. We ended up coming back 2 more times. This will be our go to stop in Indiana.

I absolutely love this place, Compass Travel Plaza is awesome also very, very clean... great staff, I recommend this place for your 10-hour break or 34 hour restart, they have everything you need!!!! Roadhouse grills staff and cooks are absolutely the best!!!!!! anything and everything is absolutely delicious!!Vegetarian options: They have plenty amazing salads here!!

Stopped in here for the first time, figured i would check out the roadhouse grill restruant since the TA restruant is always closed across the road. Gotta give 5 stars for this place. Very very clean, food is so good!! Staff is very nice. This will be my new stopping point ?

Very nice place, clean and friendly folks, great food , would definitely recommend it.
Do NOT overlook this restaurant!!! My husband found it by accident and said we need to try this "steak place at the gas station".....so we did and we will be back again and again! Exceptional appetizers (onion rings, wings with amazing ranch dressing) chili with huge chunks of meat, fresh bread, ribeye and strip stakes were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Waitress was exceptional and the manager was hysterical.

The restaurant was a lot nicer than we thought it would be. our service was fast and friendly. The food was pretty good. I definitely recommend getting the hangover burger. The booth seats are very comfortable.

Took us forever to get our food.. I ordered a cheeseburger and got a dry burger with no cheese.. my husband ordered an Italian Beef, the bread was hard and the beef was dry.. does Italian Beef not come with aujus anymore.. when waiter asked how was it my husband told him the beef was dry and he says “I wish you would of told me, I could of brought you some aujus” um really? You have to ask for it. Second time there and won’t be going back
