Training day at Subway this particular day, which is attachedto a gas station). Service person was kind and built the sandwich to order and did it well (if a bit slow). We ate in the Subway, while doing so 3 more employees showed up and started pitching in. Aside: interesting clothing required due to proximity to local water park.

I come here quite regularly, and I can definitely say I enjoy it everytime I get food from here. The food is always exactly how I ask and the staff is super friendly!

Sandwiches supposed to be extra toasted but we're all cold. Not even lukewarm- cold. Drowning in sauce. All sandwiches drowning in sauce. Worst Subway I've ever been to.

LOVE the new manager they have here! Everything looks so fresh and the store is always so clean. The girls are always so friendly and helpful when I come in to this location.

Overall a pleasant experience. You had to pay before ordering which was different than usual. The backwards subway made for good conversation while we waited in line. A few important things to note: upon ordering my sub, the employee cut me off to yell (yes, yell) to seemingly no one but loud enough so the entire store heard "I hate working Sundays! Sundays are the worst! Gahhhh."

She then continued to process my order and argue with the other employee. She aggressively drowned my sub in mayonnaise and then asked if I wanted more???

Food was ok. Next time probably will try Krispy Krunchy Chicken from the gas station next door.

Ordered on line using ap. Ordered 3 foot longs, 2 wrong breads, missing ingredients, on all 3 subpar veggies, some good, some slimy. One sandwich no mayo at all and one where a huge blob was put in center on top of bread then wrapped it was gross. Now they did offer after we phoned for us to come back and they would remake. But that is never happening , we won't be back I ended up giving my meat to the dog and tossing the rest, my hubby the same. Just so disappointed because it's a rare treat to get restaurant food. But nope not this, don't waste your gas or money

My fiancee and I live down the road, do not go here. Please, spare your sanity. Don't waste your gas. We both ordered sandwiches online, when we went to go pick it up, there was about 4ish people in line behind us and you could just tell that the girl making the sandwiches was stressed and trying the best she could. There was another employee with her, a guy, bald, kind of dirty looking that took the orders. He proceeds to only just take the orders, then walk into the dining room to talk/yell at his (what i assume) wife and two kids then went outside for a happy little cigarette, all while the young girl is trying to make every sandwich. Now what I'm about to also tell, i don't blame the girl cause she was trying to make every sandwich she could while all alone, but both of our sandwiches were basically flipped around in which ever possible way you could imagine. One was a turkey footlong, and i kid you not, had 4 pcs of turkey on it. So my fiancée drove back to which in her surprise the bald man has now yelled at his kids in front of her, kind of waving his sandwich knife around and arguing more with his wife. So, don't say i didn't tell you so. This place is a no go. Go to the one in Lowell or Demotte, they are so much nicer.

Biggest waste of money you’ll ever spend. Go anywhere else but here. Never get your order right 3 times in a row now on mobile orders. Also had to wait 30 extra minutes for the mobile order because it was not completed at the pickup time

So I had order 2 sandwiches, one with steak and I can't really remember what the other 1 was, but it was put together sloppy. She didn't even cut it. She toasted it to where you couldn't even chew the bread. I won't be going here anymore. People spend their hard earn working money.And the last thing you don't want to do is go to a place that serves their food sloppy

Came in for lunch girl says they have no flat bread but something thinner. She didn't know what it WAS WHAT THE HELL train your employees on new bread..she girl as a CASHIER would not know what anything thing is she SELLING...SALE LOSE YOU LOSE. PEOPLE AVOID THIS SUBWAY

Dinner time and no meatballs or any cooking u knew u were out when u made the last sandwich not normally a big deal but when ur a truck driver and u don't have truck parking so walked across the highway for a sandwich for there to be no meatballs ?

Came in on May 8,2024 at around 1:45pm and Not one of the 3 girls ever showed a smile the entire time!when walking in it was just silent! No hello nothing! After toasting my sandwich they left my order on the counter to get cold while they made online orders instead of finishing mine! I had to have them warm it up again! Also the employees were just arguing with each other as well. And the girl working the register wasn’t doing anything besides taking orders then running in the back to get on her phone! You can hear her conversation in the lobby while she’s on the phone in back! Never will I come to this location again!

The interior is clean, but don’t let that fool you. This subway was one of the dirties Subways I have ever entered. The counter was smeared with condiments from previous sandwiches, the employees were slinging ingredients, and the lettuce was brown. There was more cross contamination than I could ever imagine. I understand why at this particular Subway you pay before the sandwich is prepared otherwise I would have walked out. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, you better drive elsewhere for food. The employees needed better training with food preparation and customer service.
