The mist disgusting food ever. Fir the prices we are paying we should get what you pay for. There was literally no neat in any if the three items ordered. All lettuce. The meat isn't even meat anymore , it's a powered mix they make up in a bag. I have been eating taco bell my entire life. At 58 I have been a lifelong customer. Never again. I think people should hold them accountable

I went in at like 11pm and every staff looked like a busy beaver. I could've sworn I got a double beef burrito for like more than a whole dollar less not that far away. BUT the food here was basically perfect, nice full burritos and stuff, clearly cooked with love. Very cool

The food is always fantastic and they almost never get it wrong at this location. Great staff team too. I have no complaints about the food or staff. My complaint is about ice today. Ice yesterday. Ice for the last month or so. I was told WELL OVER a month ago that their ice machine doesn’t work. I stopped ordering drinks because I was so tired of not getting ice in my drink. I ordered a drink today thinking, “it’s been long enough, their machine has GOT to be fixed by now right?” WRONG. Now, I know what you’re thinking; “why doesn’t she just put ice in it at home?” THE WHOLE POINT HERE IS THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT. If a customer orders an iced beverage from a fast food business, they usually assume there’s going to be ice in it. I should not have to put ice in it myself when it’s supposed to be included when I purchased the drink. Normally I wouldn’t get so riled up over no ice in my drink, but it’s been MORE than long enough for this issue to be resolved. Pls fix your ice problem or get someone else to I am BEGGING at this point, DeMotte Taco Bell. (Also, if it is fixed, and you’re not giving me ice for some reason, that is pure evil.)

I went here today around 1030 am and was 2nd car in line in drive through behind a minivan with about 6 children in it. I ordered two items and I sat behind the minivan for 25 minutes.. there were eight cars behind me and of course people were getting angry and taking off. I pulled around to the front of the restaurant and went in and waited another 20 minutes while the staff stared at me and no one acknowledged me. I ended up leaving without ever getting my food. When I left the minivan was still in line so it would have been 45 minutes.. I do not understand if somebody orders a large amount of food, why they are not having the person pulled off to the side and taking the other customers, especially when they only ordered one or two items.. was very upset I was on my lunch break. I went back 15 minutes late and I never got any of my food.. this is completely ridiculous especially when you go in and the staff just stares at you and nobody acknowledges you.. they definitely need to reorganize how they do things, especially when somebody's holding up the drive-thru. People are there on their lunch breaks and only have a limited amount of time. I usually go there and never have a problem. This was a shame today complete lack of organization

By far the best taco bell experience I've had! I'm from out of town, the Taco Bells back home have failed every single visit, but your establishment was completely different! Viviana's hospitality, kindness and smile went a long way! Food was hot and it didnt take long at all! Nice clean store, and, bathrooms. Decent food. One complaint, they try to force customers to use dine in customers to use kiosk rather than place order with human being. What happens when all positiions are taken over by computers? Who will have jibs to be able to afford take out food? On the other hand, our latest visit to Culvers, there were two (2) handicapped workers taking food orders, great experience, Gary J.
