Nice little out of the way Mexican restaurant. Check for the daily specials. Food was good and the waitress was very attentive. Good place for Sunday funday.

I don't know who set the hours for this place but they are not open I checked on Monday around the time that it says and the place is closed no cars in the parking lot thanks for wasting my time... With not the right time going to go find somewhere else to eat when I come down to Decatur starting to lose my hope in this place friends have said that they changed it and the food is no longer good I figure I give it one more shot before I leave Decatur ...

Chicotes used to be my favorite restaurant but the last 2 times we were there we were very disappointed.I ordered Arroz con Pollo. It was very dry with hardly any cheese and the margaritas were extremely weak! Rumor has it that the owner is having financial problems so that may be why the quality of the food and drinks has gone down hill. He's cutting his own throat by lowering the quality of the food and drinks.
Absolutely horrible food ! I got the sampler platter , and the poppers were frozen the chicken tenders burnt, mozzarella sticks still cold and uncooked , don't waste your time or money !
