I go to get my butter finger blizzards. I go so much they remember my name and Karen at the drive thru window is the kindest lady. She calls me by name and that is really cool.

Every time I go here, it takes so long to get my food. I was here from 2:05 to 2:32. I think this is ridiculous all for 2 small blizzards, and all I see in there is people chatting and not doing their jobs, and when they do, they do it horribly. If you want to go to a dq, go to the one in Van wert ohio. It's an amazing service and awesome workers.

4 chili dogs. Price insane, service slow, 10 min to get my order while I watched employees walk around. Asked for the manager at 7 dollars a dog and a flippant manager. NEVER will be back!

I’ve never seen such a terribly ran fast food restaurant in my life. Every single time I go in there it’s a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off. They need a better system, because there’s always plenty of people, but no one ever knows what they’re supposed to be doing.
