Yes, it's McD's, but maybe the best McDonald's I've been to. Service, the people who work there are friendly. Food is served hot and fast. The drink machines have crushed ice...a bonus!

I went through the drive-thru ordered two fish fillet a McChicken a Big Mac and a medium fry. I got moved to the next window to wait which I was fine with. I finally got my food. I left to go home and when I got home I realized that they did not put the Big Mac in so I went back and when I went inside I told them that I was missing the Big Mac and I heard one of them say so. That's where it went and they were all chit-chatting and having fun when I walked in there so they gave me the sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time since I left the drive-thru. When I got home to my other cold food I opened up the Big Mac and half of it was from the fish sandwich. It had the steamed bun and the fish sandwich had the Big Mac bun. I didn't get a new sandwich. It was cold cuz it had been sitting there. The food I had brought home was cold because it was sitting there. Yes I should have checked my order before I left but I feel like they also should have checked it and the fact that I had to wait and I still didn't get the correct order is what upset me the most they were acting like they didn't know why I was upset when I went back and nobody offered a new sandwich. Hey we're sorry nothing. This is a constant issue and I usually stay away because of it and it does absolutely no good to complain because they don't do anything about it. Nothing ever changes.
Lobby was filthy sticky tables trashy floor bathroom had not been attended food fell apart trying to pick it up and my extra drizzle for my frappe was a joke

This particular McDonald's has been fairly reliable in my experience. I think Brittany F. is doing a great job running the store! Very rarely have I had any issues with my mobile orders.

REALLY? I got the #7 which is a two cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. The cheeseburgers are supposed to come with onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. On my last burger i got ketchup, mustard, and ONE PICKLE! On this one i only got ketchup and mustard. This is ridiculous! Make sure you double check your meals before leaving the drive thru!!
