Put in order for 5 p at 330 p and it wasn’t ready and they hadn’t even started excuse was they had an order for 15 pizzas I feel like this was plenty of time to have this ready or send a text that it would be delayed. Just canceled it and went to little Caesar’s instead. Next time will be going to Pizza Hut, monster pizza, or pizza king for my pizza. Also the pizza at little Caesar’s was better than I thought it would be and like half the price.

Worst costumer service ever The lady answering the phone wants to be lazy and not take my order and tell me they won't take my order when I have clearly order over the phone and at the store multiple times before and she says they don't take orders over the phone once again with a attitude they will never have my business again the guys that worked there and iv talked to are fantastic but this shift and the lady on it are either lazy or hate their job she needs fired if not smacked

Placed an online order and was told an estimated delivery time of 25-30 mins, after an hour I called and they said it was waiting for a driver. Called again after another 45 mins of waiting and they said it was just getting picked up by a driver. waited another 30 mins for it to be delivered and still nothing called back a third time and the general manager said he didnt know where it is at because they deliver with doordash and cannot contact a driver. Waited another 5 mins and ended up just canceling the order

I placed a large order for the WRONG DAY. I called and spoke to Brooks and had the order delivered to me within 45 minutes. THAT IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. High quality food and excellent service.
Food was cold, guy on register was rude, was told my order would be ready by a specific time I get there 5 minutes early and they still made me wait about 20 25 minutes more only to get one of the 3 pizzas cold

I just got the worst pizza have received from here. First upon arrival we were told that they never received the order. Then when they tried to "make" it the person behind the counter didn't listen or write anything down and they made it wrong. Then when trying to fix what they messed it ended up burning the pizza. Highly disappointed!

Order a custom pizza, then got the wrong pizza came back in with the pizza in hand and the manager was fighting with me about the pizza. All you have to do is read the pizza to know what I order but they was refusing to admit they got it wrong. I get it mess up happen but when the manger was a total d bag about it then that’s crossing the line wouldn’t come back
