Placed an online order and was told an estimated delivery time of 25-30 mins, after an hour I called and they said it was waiting for a driver. Called again after another 45 mins of waiting and they said it was just getting picked up by a driver. waited another 30 mins for it to be delivered and still nothing called back a third time and the general manager said he didnt know where it is at because they deliver with doordash and cannot contact a driver. Waited another 5 mins and ended up just canceling the order

I placed a large order for the WRONG DAY. I called and spoke to Brooks and had the order delivered to me within 45 minutes. THAT IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. High quality food and excellent service.

Food was cold, guy on register was rude, was told my order would be ready by a specific time I get there 5 minutes early and they still made me wait about 20 25 minutes more only to get one of the 3 pizzas cold

I just got the worst pizza have received from here. First upon arrival we were told that they never received the order. Then when they tried to "make" it the person behind the counter didn't listen or write anything down and they made it wrong. Then when trying to fix what they messed it ended up burning the pizza. Highly disappointed!

Order a custom pizza, then got the wrong pizza came back in with the pizza in hand and the manager was fighting with me about the pizza. All you have to do is read the pizza to know what I order but they was refusing to admit they got it wrong. I get it mess up happen but when the manger was a total d bag about it then that’s crossing the line wouldn’t come back

The young girl at checkout was trying her best but the manager shame on you for not helping I understand you are very busy but that was no need to do that to her orders were not whole or gave out and then people got skipped the manager only cared about opening the store backup did not care about orders that were already placed an hour and 40 minutes ago he would not take the time out to even walk up to where the customers were May 14th girl deal with it

We had the Cheeseburger Pizza. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! They are pretty busy, and understaffed, but the employees work hard and deliver a GREAT PRODUCT. We really appreciate their effort.

I wasn't happy. They didn't put very much sausage n pepperoni on my pizza . They are very skimpy with toppings on items anymore. The pizza was good with no cheese,the cheese makes it soggy. Wish they would give you your money's worth. I wish I could load my picture. More bread than anything. My pizza looked sad. I did light sauce n it tastes better than regular amount of sauce.
They don't answer their phone AT ALL. - We ordered delivery, and tried to get a hold of them to clarify about the address and it doesn't matter what option you choose, the phone will automatically hang up on you before you reach anyone.

Ordered through the app because nobody answers the phone. We got a large stuffed cast with Pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of breadsticks that I specifically order cheese sauce with. The stuffed crust on the pizza comes apart from the slices. There is no taste to the pizza at all. The breadsticks came with marinara and not the cheese sauce I ordered. This location had gone down hill and shows no signs of changing. Don't waste your money

I recently traveled from Van Wert to Decatur with great anticipation to enjoy a meal at Papa John's. The staff members I encountered were in good spirits and appeared to be genuinely friendly. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the pizzas I received. Both pizzas had a doughy texture, and the stuffed crust was not properly melted. As a loyal fan of Papa John's who has had positive experiences at other locations, I was let down by this particular visit.
