Decent food, the lettuce was brown. Asked for it to be changed. Server was nice just a little slow. This place seems like it’s lacking in the front of house. Seems like a bunch of kids running the show. Tables sat dirty for a very very long time without being touched. Where’s the management…? About 7 tables in total. Good thing this place wasn’t slammed..

Dined in Saturday Night, and Service was horrible! From calling in to see how late their lobby was open to be told “I believe 12”, and then arriving with our party to to not be seated promptly. There was one other table seated at the time of our arrival.One young man walked right past us as if we didn’t exist, and then the young lady that ended up being our waitress also walked past us without any acknowledgement as she then attended to the other guests.Not even I’ll be with you in a moment. Upon ordering, we didn’t receive our drinks until almost done with our Salads from the salad bar, and then was told after placing order for a pitcher of beer want made aware of anything at time of ordering, but when our drinks were finally brought out is when she made us aware that the “management” doesn’t have their liquor license so was unable to serve that pitcher, and or any alcohol!! We weren’t given enough straws for everyone, no plates or silverware was given to us for our orders, and we had to get our own from the salad bar. Upon returning to table I passed the waitress, and she didn’t seem to care we had to get it, no apology etc was given for not getting us what we needed for our dinners to eat.. Not a great experience at all!!

Very slow service, I didn’t get my drink until I was done with my salad bar, it was so slow I used the app and ordered online and took my food home. Our food was done before people that were there before me, they never got their drinks or order taken while I was there.

We arrived nearly two hours before closing time, and it took a while to be seated. This was no big deal. The service was VERY slow, and it was around an hour from when we were seated to when our food arrived. The woman serving us did a great job, and we received discounts for the poor experience. I think it was probably a bad night and I would not be against going back for another try. 😀 The dining room was very nice.

Ordered 2 large veg pizzas got meat on both of pizzas !! even ask them for no meat and clean cut still got meat on both of my pizza !!they try to give me refund of $ 30 but I paid almost $46 for it so finally he gave me credit of $45 which I have to use in 28 days !!so I'm ordering 1 more time for my edit after that we'll c if I want to go back or not!!oh didn't even got receipt cuz I paid cash!! Pizza Hutt what is this!!very disappointed ?
