Tonight, we were served the best strip steak I have ever had, and I've eaten a lot of steaks. It was *perfect*. Soul Pig is still the restaurant that we have been to most, and it is because it is out of the park every time.
1st time there. 3 people ordered the family feast.. 5 meats 4 sides. Enough food for 5 or more. Took a lot home. Most everything was very good...Ribs smoked turkey.
Brisket was ok....smoked sausage. Not a fan... wife didn't care for pulled pork and that's usually her favorite....all sides were good ..took home the bread...omg...toasted it is the best toast ever. Need the brand name of that...

Food was good, pictured is the Texas Brisket Melt which was very filling. The family dining room was a bit small, but we arrived around 4:30 so had no trouble being seated. But when we left there was probably 20 people waiting to be seated. TVs play funny animals from YouTube which is a bit odd at a BBQ restaurant but hey it works lol.
