Online pick up was 6pm on 1/31/2026. I right on time. I always expect to wait a few minutes because that’s normal for this location. My subs sat for 10 minutes without being touched. The 3 people working had no idea what was going on and stood around doing nothing while one guy panicked. After 25 minutes they told me they were out of ingredients. I had another place to be that i could not be late for. So I ended up having to leave my order.

This location needs to train better.

Past few times I've been there they have been overwhelmed with mobile orders. I have to stand and wait 20 minutes no exaggeration! No apologies! Get more employees or better trained to take on being bombarded with mobile orders or a better system! Will drive out of town to not deal with this from now on.

Gave this place a try again after having very poor service. Waited 20 minutes, with no line, to be told they didn't have the item I was ordering until truck tomorrow. Looking at the table the meat was sliced so thin you could read the paper through it. The pepperoni was sliced so thin it was shredded like cheese. Don't know why anyone would pay $12 for a sub with basically no meat on it. Not worth the time or money.

Tried to place an order in the drive thru, the girl couldn't understand what is wanted after the 4th time of telling her what I wanted I left because the girl was yelling in the speaker. I feel that there is a training issue with using the headset.

I had a foot long nachos with guacamole. It was a good snack. I would get it again.

Barely wanted to give me any toppings on my sandwich. I asked for heavy pickle and got maybe 10 pickles on a footlong. Asked for more lettuce as it didn’t even cover the ends of my bread and I got a couple more shreds.

The young lady name cerenity is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. She spoke to me and my mother like she didn't want to service us and like it was a problem. I honestly dont feel like she like her job

Don’t go here. I pulled into pick up my mobile order at 7:10 pm. There were 2 cars in drive-thru 2 in parking spaces. Me and the 2 cars ahead of me proceeded to wait nearly 1.5 hours for our orders. And the kid working had the gall to lie to my face that they were busy. When I pulled out. There wasn’t a soul inside

Food is great as usual but order accuracy is terrible. 3 times now I have ordered with specifics like extra pickles or a sauce or seasoning request and they miss of forget something. Every time they forget extra pickels and barely put any on. Other than that it's okay.
