Food is great as usual but order accuracy is terrible. 3 times now I have ordered with specifics like extra pickles or a sauce or seasoning request and they miss of forget something. Every time they forget extra pickels and barely put any on. Other than that it's okay.

Never have the bread I want when I order online, which is about once a month. Ask for double meat and only get what looks to be an adequate amount of meat to make it a sandwich. Not to mention, missing ingredients. Always leave a reasonable tip on the order as well. Will not be returning

We recently did a dash order, and our order came incomplete we tried calling and they wouldn't answer their phone took me almost an hour to finally speak to someone the best that they could do was refund us the money for the items that were missing but it'll take 3-5 business days for me to receive it, needles to say not everybody got to eat we just shared what we had deliveredThe girl that answered seemed a little scattered brained like she didn't know what to do and was hard to hear her speakI spent almost 80 for a very dissatisfying meal

Slow at getting orders. They have to serve people doing so many different methods it makes it harder on them n slows them down. Door dash has to wait awhile to get their order. . People are not trained so they can't help long lines if they do they have to be talked through it and takes longer. They r the number 3 worst restraunts in town.

Twice I've ordered online and twice they've gotten my order wrong. When I request extra of a certain item, there was no extra. And a whole ingredient of my sub was missing! The employees need to read their online orders better or get some glasses omfg.

There's no place that I enjoy going to eat more than the berne subway. The place is clean and the atmosphere is great. The staff are A-Number 1. Always helpful and smiling, they make you feel at home. I highly recommend it.
Not enough staff for amount of customers. Staff was nice just not enough workers. Tons of customers with multiple orders, online orders and drive thru. Only two workers slows down service.

Took over 30mins of waiting in line before I was able to pay and leave with 1 sub. Obvious they’re short staffed and prioritize drive through and online orders over the long line in front of them in the store.
