The food is great don’t get me wrong, but some of the workers here are very very rude. Like horrible customer service. I asked for something from a tall black guy that works here bc we didn’t get it in our order and he just stared at me like I was stupid. I asked again and he just stared at me and didn’t help me. He just went back to whatever he was doing. It’s ridiculous. Someone’s Taco Bell gets my order wrong. I get it, they’re busy but when they arent busy and they still get my order wrong, it makes me mad. All I’m saying is that they should work on their customer service. Especially the tall black guy, my mom and I have gotten attitude from him multiple times. Not ok.

These guys bust their behinds and went above and beyond for me tonight. The service I received made up for the long wait. I was treated like royalty after witnessing them get slammed.

I've been a regular for 10 years, and the Decatur, IN location has been on a downward spiral since 2020. Nowadays, all of the cosmic power in the universe couldn't get this Taco Bell location to get an order right. My primary method of ordering is online and picking up in drive through. Something's always missing. Something else belongs to someone else's order. This ingredient was used when it was specified not to. Nothing is boxed up anymore, so everything is randomly thrown in large bags and not together...Just go to Bluffton or Portland instead.

It's a Taco Bell, so I don't expect too much. Me and my family sometimes eat here, couple times a month. But today I went in to order and after about 5 minutes of awkward waiting another customer told me they waited 15 and then were instructed that dine-in orders were only done by kiosk...
Why is it that we are getting rid of all person-to-person interactions in favor of this garbage. I hate touching those dirty things.
I ended up going down the street to Wendy's where they will talk to you. DQ is also a good alternative.

Went yesterday just to get tacos. This is not like it used to be. We ate two tacos out of our 12 pack and threw the rest away. Would not recommend this place.

The dorito locos taco supreme meal always comes with sour cream and I always say just in case because I’ve had a few workers say no it doesn’t come with it to add sour cream to them and they always never put it on there and barely out any meat on the taco it’s basically lettuce cheese and tomatoe. It’s happened quite a few times and I’m just disappointed
