If you remember Fish of Stroh, this great breaded Cod fish definitely delicious 😋
We had great service!! I’ve always loved the Galley fish. We haven’t been here for awhile and after last nights dinner probably won’t be back for a long while. I understand price increases with the rising cost but the quality has really declined. While 3 people had fish dinners myself and my husband had the all you can eat fish. Their salad bar is still amazing but the fish was about an 1/8” thick and being so very thin it was over cooked which I understand could easily be done with it being so thin. I was really looking forward to their fish, it’s always been so good lightly breaded and falls apart when picking up with a fork. Last night it was hard to even cut it with a fork. With getting all you can eat we asked for another few pieces and in that basket we had a tiny pieces that was about 1/4” thick and that tasted how it use to. Not sure why they have decided it was a good idea to make cut backs by increasing the price and filleting the fish so thin making it easily over cooked. Maybe if more people tell them about the overly thin and overly cooked fish they will go back to the way they use to make it. Please bring back the original fish!
DISGUSTING! ? Best fish…NO WAY! Long John Silvers is MUCH BETTER! My scallops tasted like rubber fish water with butter. (And not even good butter, like with garlic!) It was watered down and tasteless. The oysters squirted liquid out when my husband took a bite. I told him not to finish them but he did. And now he is sick. The hushpuppies were little dark brown balls. Hard and way too over cooked. I felt like I was on an episode of Gordon Ramseys KITCHEN NIGHTMARES. AWFUL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $! This was especially frustrating with these current high dining prices!?

Nikki was a great hostess; the food however was not great. Husband and I both got salad bar, which later that night we got sick from. I've had better tenderloins for less and his platter didn't seem very full for $20 worth. Coleslaw at salad bar wasn't good. We got an appetizer 2 mins after ordering it and it wasn't cooked all the way thru. Pretty disappointed in how this place has gotten in the last 20years.

Loved this place. First time, food is great, our server Linda was wonderful. The only thing that was a little strange to us, the plates for the salad bar are more like saucers. Will definitely be back.
