I hate leaving a negative review.
I've never had an experience like this.
Ordered a Americano and they gave me a very weak drip coffee. I know what good coffee is, and this was terribly weak coffee.
I politely told the burista, and immediately he was mad and saying I was being picky and unreasonable.
He finally agreed to add an espresso shot, and as he is taking it back to the kitchen he was HOLLERING from behind the counter!
I wasn't sure what he was saying, but obviously very upset. The second one was worse then the first one.
Very disappointing and terrible service.
The other lady was very nice, and got a different replacement coffee that was much better. This review is about the employee, not the overall coffeehouse. It's a great looking and nice place.

I needed a place to spend a couple of hours, and The Java Bean was great! The coffee (I had an Americano) was very nice. Very reasonable prices, too! Also, the atmosphere was very friendly. Happy I found this place.

I took my younger two kids in here after going to the dentist today. We saw the words “WAFFLE WEDNESDAY on the board. 8-11 and it was 10:30. My youngest wanted one. The two ladies up front were confused why I was asking for one and had to ask the back if they had any. The one lady in the back with grey hair yelled, “No we don’t!” Definitely an odd way of responding in a work setting where customers can hear you. We ordered an iced latte, two smoothies, two avocado toast, and a scramble bowl. When my iced latte was ready I noticed it had 2% and oat milk on it. I am dairy intolerant so I asked what was used. The barista said,”what did you need then? Almond, oat, soy..?” So that it was clear I said, “almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and espresso shots.” The barista brought my drink to me and said, “here you go.” After I took a drink and looked at it wondering what was wrong I realized there was no espresso in it. I took it up and asked for 3 shots. She gave them to me. When our food was done, one of the angry older ladies from the back came out with our bag and got frustrated saying, “Who’s is this? To go order!” I was still waiting on my drink being fixed and didn’t hear her the first time. I pointed at our table and instead of taking the bag over to my kids she plopped it onto the table by me and said, “You ordered to go.” I had coffee on my hands from my lid I was holding. It was a rude experience. We won’t be back for a while.
Never been a coffee drinker, but I love this place. The atmosphere is inviting and the workers are so gracious and accommodating. I never feel rushed to finish up a conversation and move along. The food is great as well - the paninis are more than one meal for me, but I try to get there before 11am, so that I can get my favorite - the Greek yogurt with their homemade granola. Great place to meet up with friends.

Found on a fluke and what a pleasant surprise! Great coffee! Yummy wraps and a delicious lemon poppy muffin for a sweet treat. The food presentation was warm and inviting to match the atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The Java Bean staff couldn't be more thoughtful and kind! Their passion for their work is evident, and every team member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. I go there several times a week!
Coffee was good but the food was terrible. $7.50 for a SW chicken panini to go with a couple strings of shredded chicken on it, undercooked bacon, and no sauce.
We are regulars at this great coffee shop! Coffee is great, good breakfast choices, and the lunches and specials are “tasty”! Today was breakfast…
Came to get coffee with a friend. We got the blended mocha and the blended salted caramel. Both were delicious. Most places serve their blended drinks/frapps with whipped topping however this place does not. I wish they would, it would definitely top off the drink!
Parking: Limited parallel parking spaces up front. They have a small parking lot in the back.

This is a local gem. I highly recommend the coffee flight that is curated monthly and if you are lucky enough to get any slice of cake baked by Elly (before it sells out), GRAB it :)
