Long hair co-workers hair NOT PONEYTAILED...NO HAIRNET AFTER I ASK MANAGER TO HAVE HER TO GET A HAIRNET...WHICH NEVER HAPPENED as I sat there 30 mins.My sandwich was nasty..I asked for NO Cheese,NO MUSTARD NO KETCHUP !... when I opened my sandwich it was drown in ketchup! I used to love coming here, but the past handful of times that Iâve went it has been terrible. You canât hear the people talking very well through the speaker and then they yell in a rude tone when you say that you canât hear them.
They havenât given us our food multiple times and I live out of town so going back wasnât an option. They are also ALWAYS out of at least ONE if not MORE of our items. Every. Single. Time.
And if you place a mobile order they wonât refund you. They say to do it online and request for one. Which I have done and it has been since 09-10-2024 (screenshot below) and I still havenât been refunded for anything. Other places that you place a mobile order they will give you a refund. I have also sent follow-up emails and there is still no response.
I am most likely going to go back if I have no other choice, but I wonât be using the mobile app. Then if/when they are out of something, they can tell me and I wonât pre pay for it.

Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes. Never got total order. Several employees looked at me and never once said hi. Several delivery orders came through and they took the printed receipt out of the register but never let me place my order.

This Wendyâs is filthy. It looks like it hasnât been cleaned in 3 months. As I pulled up to go inside, 3 workers were standing outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes. The food was cold also. I did not have a good experience here and am never eating here again.

Ordered a Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit. NO CHICKEN, JUST BREAD!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS! There is no way that's a mistake. You can't see that you didn't put a piece of chicken on the biscuit?

Waited 30 minutes inside restaurant before leaving with food. Watched manager never leave office. 5 employees behind counter. 5 waiting in line for orders. Nothing was special about our order- confused why it would take so long. Btw- when there are many people in line is NOT the time to restock sauces under the counter.

Chicken nuggets where cold and when we went back through the driver through the people just stared at us then tried to give me 4 more cold spicy nuggets 1 ordered 2 10 piece 1 spicy 1 regular. We made then make all new ones. No one was wearing gloves and the 1 kid who was changed the trashed in them and then went right back to maken food with the same gloves on.. gross come on now people

Why bother having a dining room if it's never open?
They did better than last time. Still forgot items in the bag. Tired of having to call and get stuff replaced. Decided to let it go seeing how I only eat there about once a month, if even that. Didn't have to go to the hospital afterwards so that's a plus.....

The restaurant is dirty inside and out. The employees are less than professional, and are in need of managerial guidance. They donât wear gloves when working with food and the kitchen floor is so dirty. Their salads are good usually but lately only half full.
