If I could give 0 stars. I would. I wasn’t going to post but I am simply astounded. Visit Decatur store around 2:30/2:30pm today. Almost 5 minutes of me standing at the front counter waiting for any worker to come in sight. Not a single person came up to help me, and I finally left to go eat elsewhere. As I was driving around the store I saw the whole crew (looked like 3 girls) all sitting out back clearly taking a smoke break. I understand taking breaks once in a while, but all of the workers leaving the store COMPLETELY abandoned… mid day. What kind of unprofessional customer services is that?!? I can gladly say I will never be eating at this location again, and I know the workers are probably happy to hear that. But as someone who works in customer service, I know I would never act as unprofessional. This has been my final straw with this store. I have been coming here for years and over the last few months, the workers are rude and barely present in store. Some of them are clearly intoxicated by some form and can barely function. I try to ignore it because that’s none of my business what they do in their personal lives.. but (I have seen a mid age skinny woman who usually wears some kind of neck chocking thing that usually stinks of alcohol.. on many occasions) It doesn’t seem to matter if I order in store or put my order in ahead of time, something is messed up or it takes me ages to even get a workers attention to get my food. I’m so tired of it and I had to say something. Shame on the workers who just ignore customers to sit outside and smoke. Shame on the workers coming in clearly intoxicated and reeking of booze. I can’t stand to see what our food industry is turning into.

When i showed up to the drive thru there was a man that got mad that I showed up and through his cigarette on the ground aggressively and the man at the window was standing by the window talking trash about me and my order and as I was waiting a customer went through the front door and the person at the window said that they were closing in 20 minutes but aggressively and pretty much that ran the customer out the door and after sitting there still hadn't been greeted or given my drink my food finally gets to me and its cold my fries were extra terrible old and cold and one of my sandwiches didnt come with the bacon and gave me my frosty last and it was melted

Long hair co-workers hair NOT PONEYTAILED...NO HAIRNET AFTER I ASK MANAGER TO HAVE HER TO GET A HAIRNET...WHICH NEVER HAPPENED as I sat there 30 mins.My sandwich was nasty..I asked for NO Cheese,NO MUSTARD NO KETCHUP !... when I opened my sandwich it was drown in ketchup! I took it back&*still no hair net/poneytail...touching her hair to keep it in the back of her shoulders.
Suddenly this place has gone Down Hill. 🥴😢

I used to love coming here, but the past handful of times that I’ve went it has been terrible. You can’t hear the people talking very well through the speaker and then they yell in a rude tone when you say that you can’t hear them.

They haven’t given us our food multiple times and I live out of town so going back wasn’t an option. They are also ALWAYS out of at least ONE if not MORE of our items. Every. Single. Time.

And if you place a mobile order they won’t refund you. They say to do it online and request for one. Which I have done and it has been since 09-10-2024 (screenshot below) and I still haven’t been refunded for anything. Other places that you place a mobile order they will give you a refund. I have also sent follow-up emails and there is still no response.

I am most likely going to go back if I have no other choice, but I won’t be using the mobile app. Then if/when they are out of something, they can tell me and I won’t pre pay for it.
