Used to be good now not so much. Overcooked steak twice and then next time asked me to cut it.... while they stood and watched. Really? Cook it right

Went on a Tuesday night. Seemed to be out of items. Food was nothing to special. Tell the truth meatloaf is on your website.yes you were out of corn you also were out of 1000 island salad dressing.yes your pie was frozen hard as I rock that is 100 percent the truth.you get better service at McDonald's.when I give review I tell the truth.I see there's another review about the hamburger.

Food was pretty good, nothing spectacular.Service was Ok. When it came time to pay we waited and waited and husband finally had to go knock on the office door to get someone out there at the register so we could pay.

Went in last year just to stop for a fries and soda snack while going the scenic route around the 262 bridge, at the county line between Ohio and Dearborn eight miles away from there. I never made it back and had meant to this year, and now there's even a pizza place. As it happens, our destination in these parts is always right across the 262 bridge where I have some recreational property, and I keep seeing construction and closures on 262. Long and the short of it though, there are several ways to East Enterprise and it's only a few more minutes than Dillsboro, our only previous choice. I don't normally review diners (don't want people to think me a Trumpkin), and wouldn't have bothered but first off the growth of a real town again over recent years is terrific news, and second I read with disdain the person who gave one star for the price of a burger stated on the menu, combined with it being dry. Well, I lived/stayed in SanFran, in the city, and yes everyplace there would give you a medium rare burger to get your business. I ate many of them while there, but that's not really an insurable business policy. With eggs the restaurant industry has leeway from long custom, but most places insist on medium well beef in this region, and maybe will allow a little pink. Yes it's been frozen too, as in I rented a room to a professional chef this past year and he explained to me that effectively all beef has been frozen now. And from reading this fellow current/former San Franciscans review, I note with concern that this person said the place used to have fresh beef too, which is effectively a specialty item anymore. Even Wendy's with their fresh and never (entirely) frozen been has to turn their excess beef in the franchises into chili meat-- otherwise the wastage would make fresh beef ruinous to them. But getting to the point of the paragraph, this appeared pretty new when I was by there. The East Enterprise I remember from the nineties had a general store and that's it, and really mostly the Amish shopped there. So what is a guy from San Francisco doing at the edge of newly settled urbanity, going in for multiple cheeseburgers, only then deciding the price and single patty of his most recent visit made this place worthy of one star? And for that matter, what is another current/former San Franciscan like me doing with a relatively voluminous critique of his pithy review? So I suppose I'm not sure I buy my story about owning recreational property ten minutes away either. But regardless I'm certainly enthused at the prospect of how close they are to me down there on Laughery Creek...

I love their wings and the cheese steak sandwich. It's nice to have a restaurant so close to home! The owners, Dave and Kathy, are the sweetest and our community is lucky to have them!
