Applebee's Grill + Bar

One of my favorite Applebees. I have never experienced a wait here and would recommend this one on busy weekends. Food always comes out great and service is quick.

We went here for a late lunch. The waitress did not get our appetizer out before our meal (even though we ordered it with our drinks). My daughter didn't receive the salsa that came with her quesadillas, even after we asked for it. I ordered a burger for my husband who was getting gas and they brought it out in a to go container?? I'm not sure why.

If I could give 0 stars I would. BAD service. Everyone in our party was served food. My husband and I waited 15 mins ( there were some other big parties understanding a lot is going on) before asking able our food. The waiter goes to check on our food takes 20 mins to tell us they didn’t even make our food. Then another 30mins past. When we got our food everyone at the table had finished. My mother-in-law was having a hard time paying her bill on the tablet when asking question the waiter took her card put it in and didn’t show her anything and paid for it. So she had no idea if he even charged it right wouldn’t give her a receipt. So she has no idea if he gave himself a big tip. Then sent the manager over to show her a a paper that had other people paid bills and tell her that was the only thing he could show her. Not even give her a bill with only her name on it. Needless to say we will not be going back and we will let people know it was not a good experience.

After spending $79, I honestly feel cheated by the service I received at Applebee’s in Taylorsville, Indiana. The wait times were extremely long, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold.
The customer service was absolutely horrible. Staff were unhelpful and showed no urgency or concern about fixing the issues. No apologies, no effort to make things right.
For the amount of money spent, I expected much better. Between the cold food, long waits, and poor service, this location is not worth it, and I do not plan on returning.

Ordered steak one hour ago. Everyone else who came after me finished his meal and I am still waiting. If you don’t have time to wait 2 hours don’t waste your time

I’m surprised the reviews are 3.9, the staff was nice but the food was beyond bad, the steak was strange, it looked like one of these new glued frankinstenian creations you can find videos of online and the texture of it unlike a normal steak, its called the bill gates steak lol also had a quesailla burger, unfortunately i was hungry so i ate it but at least glad i threw it up before it really made me sick

I had the chicken parm. It wasn't very good. The pasta was uncooked. My wife's meal was only marginally better. Our server did a fine job.

Long wait for food, no broccoli but wanted to upchage for Mac and cheese. Ended up with mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and regular fries I didn't order. Small portions. Will more than likely not go back. Our server however, was great. She was working well with what she didn't have and definitely tried her best.

Tried the new grilled cheese burger with tomato soup and the crispy pickle fries. Burger was very salty but the soup was delicious. Pickle fries came out very hot but were good with the dipping sauce, just wish there was more. Service was fantastic. Wasn't super busy for lunch. It's an Applebee's. If you like Applebee's, you'll like it.
