When I entered, no one was to be found. I sat at the bar for approx 20 mins before an employee walked out from the back and I asked if they were open. The bartender finally came out from the back, and to her fairness, she was very sweet and apologetic. Throughout my stay, I noticed the employees preferred to stay in the back and talk. At one point some guests came in and stood at the hostess table for approx 10 mins before leaving because no one was in the dining area. The food was very good, and the bartender periodically checked on me before retreating to the back. It didn’t appear there was a manager on site…I think one could be needed to make sure the staff is keeping control of the floor.

Needed a quick in and out yet were not hungry for fast foods. They did it all perfectly. Recommend for travelers

When we went and we noticed there was hardly anybody in there. We stood there and waited on the hostess for about five minutes before we were seated. Our drinks came out the same time as our appetizer and our entrée. It felt like they were rushing us to leave. I personally love Applebee’s, so we decided to try again. Same thing, we walked in and there was Hardly any customers in there. We stood at the hostess station several minutes before we walked out.

I got order than one hours later waitress told me Ill sent it your order 10 minutes later to kitchen. I said her miss why didn’t you tell me before you wasted my time because I’m trucker . I want to talked to manager she said something but respond didn’t satisfyed me . I paid cook and water fee 3:52 $ and gave them to 10$ tiptoe nice servis . I never seen an offer Applebees like this . I never go Applebees anymore ! I am a type 2 diabetic and my blood sugar dropped and I felt very humiliated. I paid for the Pepsi that I didn't drink. I left a $10 tip because of their shame. I didn't let the manager get mad at the waiters in front of me. They ruined my whole day. I ordered from the Taco Bell across the street and my food was on my table in 3 minutes. Don't ever go to this branch of Applebees! Shame on you!

The worst experience. We sat for over an hour waiting to be served. Our server disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. We asked for a high chair for our ONE YEAR OLD multiple times and was never brought one. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving.

Saturday night at 7 PM the restaurant was at 10% capacity we waited 20 minutes to get drinks and we put in our order at the same time last week. I got a salad that was sopping wet but my husband wanted a wonton chicken wrap so we went back and it was even worse this time, go someplace else anyplace but

Very cute clean atmosphere. Stppoed infor lunch at 1130 on a Thursday July 11th. Waitress seemed nice but a little slow to bring drinks my wife ordered Southwest bowl and I ordered a burger. We were not in a rush but a solid 40 mins on food and no silverware or refills I hunted her down to get ketchup and silverware and a couple of refills on my to the restroom after I got tired of waiting on her. Very sweet and polite but lots of staff everywhere and not busy. So our waitress was not overloaded. Then my wife finds her veggies in her sw bowl are frozen. Waitress takes it back to kitchen.apologizes and goes to get manager. No offer to remake and no manager. No can i get you any thing else. I said no. Paid the bill and tipped her. No manager no more attention. Called manager on receipt got machine. Left message but no response. Lackluster at best. And I feel like it is a lack of management. Take a minutes drive and visit cracker barrel or max and irmas.

Had to leave cracker Barrel due to no service so we were starved. They were fantastic and everything was spot on. Couldn't happier. Thanks for the great service and food.

This review is strictly on the service. Leslie G. was super nice and took great care of us. Her service was top notch. Applebee's is Applebee's. They are all mediocre but they're open later than other places so sometimes they're the only option.
