We spent almost 40 dollars, asked for fresh mozzarella and spicy chicken deluxe. Needed to wait like 15 to 20mim because they forgot my sandwich and needed to wait extra time! But I don’t care much about the time, I’m freaking upset because they putted a bunch of sauce on my sandwich, and the kitchen lady said “wasn’t on my screen” so she got upset about it and look what I got!! I couldn’t eat it like that, all taste is spicy sauce.

They got our order wrong in the drive through even after repeating the correct order back twice and then when we came inside to make it right the drive thru attendant yelled “are you freaking kidding I asked them for the size five times” we then proceeded to find a hair in our sandwich

1:30 Tuesday Oct 29 2024. Food was fresh, hot and well-prepared. The staff all seem to like each other and are very efficient. I ordered the Reuben and can highly recommend. Glad I passed over McDonald's for this Arby's!!

If you love consistency, come to this Arby's. They are CONSISTENTLY the WORST ARBYS to have ever had the total misfortune(for us the consumer) of opening. It is consistently slow with awful service and thats just the typical complaint. I have seen employee meltdowns, arguments as well as blatant ignoring of customer requests to their face. It seems to be a new problem every week. For the past month the bread warmer has been "down" which isn't usually an issue as the meats are supposed to be warm. So this usually goes unnoticed. This week whole sandwiches are coming out cold. I mean refrigerator cold... seriously? Today was the last straw for me. You can't boil this situation down to understaffing. This is just ignorance and conplete lack of care. This will be the last visit I ever make to this place and will be speaking to friends and co-workers about doing the same(they will 100% agree).

Whats happened to our used to be good fast food especially when your paying so much money now , ordered a Ruben and french fries , barley any sauce couldn't even cut sandwich in half and no fries got curly instead . Sad sad
