Thus has to be the slowest Arby’s in Indiana! I waited twenty minutes behind a guy at the window, saw no employees check in or anything, while they did whatever the heck inside. When I finally hit my food, the mozzarella sucks were lukewarm and our sandwiches were cold!!!!

Came way from Georgia and stopped here in the snow and the staff treated me with the southern hospitality I’m use to. Shoutout to the 8pm crew on 12/13! Food was great too! Try the streak bites for sure.

A man on a mission Earthmover
The li e worker said he could not swap beef for turkey and every arbys we eat at will do it except this guy here got a attitude. We spent over 25 bucks my wife had tp settle fpr a turkey slider in stead of a full size sandwhich my daugjters chicken tenders were burnt and fries cold. Thos is our 3rd bad visit here. And im not going to ask for my order to be replaced when the coom was the one that served up garbage. Its a shame how this place has gone dowm hill the lobby has signs everywhere tables pulled out lime they closimg and its only 730 pm maybe if the cook was not on his phone he wouldnt have burnt the chickin

Received wrong sandwich but didn't know until 12 miles away. It was nasty. Inedible. I had ordered in the app so I called to see if they could refund it. Nope. Now I'm out the cost of my sandwich and hungry.
So i see the owner answers this. Look the dining room is filthy but the three employees were doing there best. Food was marginal, was out of certain drinks and food on a Friday night. Just shut the place down. If you as an owner can't get enough help or pay enough to keep the restaurant clean, then just shut it down. You as owner are responsible for the condition of the restaurant and the lack of help. Btw, the south door of the restaurant was locked and we had to walk around to the other door. Do Edinburgh and the Outlet malls a favor and close it down or sell it to a more responsible owner

This was the most filthiest restaurant I have been to in a long time. It felt like there was Coke spilled all over the interrupt. It stuck to my feet as I walked back to the restroom. When I grabbed a hole to the door to come in, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned 12 all the time. It's a glass.It seems to have some kind of italist to leave the end at.I'm not too sure they're getting ready for remodel or what the distorts really needs lots of intention.It got to the point I didn't end up eating there
