It’s probably a bad sign when you go into a restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and it’s nearly empty. Despite that, after standing there for 10 minutes, the hostess didn’t even greet us and seemed dumbfounded when I asked her if we can get a table. Our server was nice, but we waited over an hour for our pizza and ended up getting it to go. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t. Definitely not going back.

I am sure today was just an off day but I have to be honest. We have always enjoyed the Big Woods establishments that we have been to. Today, after shopping at the outlet mall, we decided to stop in and have a pint and watch some March Madness. We sat at the bar and were told that the Blonde Ale had just blown the keg. That's fine because there are other beers that we enjoy. I ordered a Hoosier Red and was told that the keg had just blown too. The beer tender was apologetic. It is Sunday, sunny. Temps in the mid 50s. It is the first weekend of Spring Break and the last weekend for others. March Madness is going on. I cannot understand why they did not have extra kegs or at least enough kegs to sustain business. It was 2pm on a Sunday. Anyway- we enjoy their beer and spirits but will make sure that when we go to the outlet mall next; we don't plan on having a pint here.

This was by far my worst experience with this restaurant ever. We have been patrons of other locations and the others were excellent. When we first walked in we had to wait to be seated. We were not greeted by the hostess but instead she did other work, sat another family, and after being at the stand for several minutes without a word or acknowledgement she sat us. The restaurant was less than half full. We arrived a little after 2pm. Once we were sat we waited over 10 minutes to have someone greet our table and take a drink order. Therefore when Madysn finally arrived we put in our entire order. We were informed there was no salad and no cheese sauce for the cheesy bread. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and when they arrived they were wrong. After quite sometime we were informed that the wings we ordered they were also out of and then we saw an order come out of the kitchen and go to another table. When I saw this I assumed they got the last order but then our server came out with another order so I asked her where those were going since she told us they didn't have anymore. She was going to deliver them to a table that didn't order them only to come back and inform us of that and then dropped them off when she dropped off our cheese bread. We ordered ranch and buffalo with them and we didn't receive the ranch or the marinara until we asked her for it. The wings were cold. We got one refill of our drink the entire time. The glasses didn't have enough ice in them and so our tea, while it was fresh, was warm. Napkins and plates weren't delivered until right before our food was. We had to ask for Parmesan cheese sprinkles and red pepper flake. I don't know why these aren't kept on the table. The Parmesan lid wouldn't fit the container properly so we had to hold it on while in use. The second cheese bread also came out without the sauce we ordered with it. We were charged for a topping we didn't order on our pizza. Then we were informed they were also out of grilled chicken. Our pizza was also cold. The cheese bread relied on the sauce for flavor. I understand being short staffed but our server would disappear for long amounts of time while we saw the other two servers working really hard. Also when a restaurant is out of half the menu it really dampens the experience. We certainly won't be back.

if I could get this place a zero I would never even had it up until today and I made a over the phone order at 4:40 I show up they say 20 minutes I show up at 5:20 almost 530 and they never put the order in and then have me wait another hour to get my food and then I asked to talk to the manager. The cashier literally said OK then I guess nobody's gonna make the food very rudely. I've never dealt with such immature people in my entire life.

Just left pizza was cold, service was OK but definitely not with a smile. Paid 35.00 for a 16in pizza one side sausage one side mushroom onion and ham. I did know the pizza was going to be expensive but then it was served barley warm. Nothing like Big Woods in Nashville. Will just stick with Nashville from now on.

The pulled pork nachos and chili are our favorite from Big Woods but we recently went (January) and our awesome server informed us it was taken off the menu due to low sales right before winter started. Super silly in my opinion since everyone knows chili is a winter meal. Would love to see it come back until spring.
Dont split the toppings on your pizza. Your waistress wont tell you, but they charge you for a specialty pizza and then additional for each topping. It would have been cheaper to get a whole seperate pizza. Food was delicious, but watch the hidden "fees."

How the hell do you take the beer cheese off the menu at this establishment when that is why we come to the big woods. Service was great and helpfull but just confused about one of the best foods they "had" on the menu

staff was slacking off and not polite, food came in cold and tasted old and cheap. wish it could have been a better experience.
