I ordered through DoorDash. My order was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Grandma’s Pecan Pancakes with scrambled eggs, smoked sausage and an iced caramel latte. My pancakes were fluffy and delicious and the eggs were cooked perfectly and the sausage had great flavor. My meal was overall great and filling. My iced caramel latte was delicious. My husband ordered the steak cooked medium with loaded fries hash brown casserole. The steak appeared to be cooked medium rare but was excessively tough and rubbery making it very difficult to eat. The loaded fries and hash brown casserole very flavorful and good.

Our server was excellent! I'm afraid I don't remember his name but he was very friendly, attentive and could not have been any nicer or more efficient! Our food was delicious and plentiful!Parking: I never have a problem parking fairly close to the entrance.

I went here a few days ago and the food was awful. My daughter ordered chicken tenders and said they taste awful and they looked bad, when she told the waitress she said “yeah I thought they looked bad” and walked away. My daughter is pregnant and this made her get sick. My food was cold as if it had been sitting. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place!

Everything was great, except when we went to pay. We had a gift card, and the man at the cash register aid we needed to that in the dining room. He would not let us use it. After we paid I asked the woman over the merchandise, is there a reason we couldn't use our gift card at the register. She said no and didn't understand why he wouldn't let us use it.Parking: Plenty of space

We came from Florida to watch the Eclipse, staying overnight in the back parking lot. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and told us where we could buy special Eclipse tee-shirts. Breakfast was great, as usual. Huge outlet mall across the parking lot. We especially appreciate the privilege of staying overnight. The lot was quiet and safe. We use Crackerbarrel quite often when travelling in our RV, and this location was one of the best.

I hadn't eaten here in years and was really excited to treat myself. It took my server (jordan) 10 mins to get my drink order. I was excited to learn they serve mimosas. The peach was great, til I found a huge hair in it. I ordered eggs, biscuits & hashbrown casserole. The eggs were fine. The biscuits were hardand the casserole was burnt. The server dropped my bill with my food & never checked on me. If it was just one or two things, ok, mistakes happen but it was just awful. Then when I cashed out. They asked how my meal was, I said not great. The cashier ignored me. I won't be back. Very disappointing
