Their pizza is always soupy and sloshes all over the box. So I ordered a pasta bowl. Literally dry. No Alfredo. No seasoning on the bread bowl. Quoted over an hour to PICK UP a replacement, would not drive a replacement out. Had to argue to even get a refund. Terrible service.
Love the convenience of there location
But I will drive farther before I go to the Edinburgh location
There phone people need to be trained and there mgt team needs
To be trained as well ..
A little confusion on the phone should not lead to them being asshats on the phone ..
Refused to give me corporate number ….
Why do we even have this corporation in town? They used to be the one we could depend on…but now they don’t answer the phone. Why waste the space in this town…………….
