Domino's Pizza

Man with the beard and glasses was completely terrible and rude. Tried calling - had me on hold for over 15 minutes. Came in and still waited for 20. All while he made just a few pizzas (literally). Then proceeded to restock toppings before even talking to me.

Worst attitude ever. Didn't acknowledge any questions and slammed down his equipment. Beard and glasses but no name tag. Will not recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience recently bought some pizza due to me moving into town and the boys who were working.... were really helpful would recommend this place to anyone if looking for a great price and good customer service!

They hardly put any sauce on there pizzas. My daughter wanted wings so we ordered wings and a pizza with extra sauce. You couldn't scrap 1 teaspoonful of sauce off of the whole pizza. I called and then ager said I'll be right back with you. 18 minutes later I'm still waiting.

I order from Domino's Edinburgh often. Every time I order, the food is perfect. Customer service is fantastic and every person and driver has been very kind. I will continue to order and recommend the Edinburgh store as it is full of great, nice people.

Food took way to long. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. Came back to pick it up at the 20min mark. And they haven't even started to make it. I had to wait another 35min. There was no apology for the wait.

Called yesterday ordered a pizza and marble brownie. Pan pizza wasn't cooked all the way. Soggy mess so I called them and they told me that was not possible. Every pizza is cooked the same way. So I thought I would try again i ordered a Philly steak sandwich and lava bites. The steak was burnt what little was there. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

Your manager on nights he's been here for a while and he's always dealt with me with the utmost respect he deserves a raise by the corporate and he is the most polite manager that I've ever dealt with and I ordered from a lot of dominoes because I am a very picky eater and he's always done me right.

Ordered pizzas one was a chicken bacon ranch with no ranch on it and very little sauce if any on the other pizzas. Called to ask about reason why was yelled at by person who said they made the pizza. My wife picked them up and they were very rude to her when she walked in. Very very very poor customer service from everyone in this store location in Edinburgh, Indiana. They all need to go thru more training on customer service.
