Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizzas one was a chicken bacon ranch with no ranch on it and very little sauce if any on the other pizzas. Called to ask about reason why was yelled at by person who said they made the pizza. My wife picked them up and they were very rude to her when she walked in. Very very very poor customer service from everyone in this store location in Edinburgh, Indiana. They all need to go thru more training on customer service.

An hour after ordering, the only way to get feedback is via the store phone. They are not answering. Looking for refund of online order

Parked at the front and was disrespected for parking too close to the front? Not sure what the employees problem was. No one said anything for an hour while I was waiting for my pizza. I bought a pizza with instructions to have extra sauce and baked well done. BUT it barely had sauce and cheese. More bread than anything. And not even baked well at all. Who ever approved to give customers pizza like that should be trained again. Just saying. One star for quality of the food, no need to say more. One star for service even though it took over an hour to give me the pizza but couldn’t make it. 1 stars for atmosphere, disrespectful employee.

I paid $$18 for pasta and a salad. The pasta has very little flavor and is in a tiny tin and was $9. Definitely not a good value for your money. I paid $8 for the salad and I am so disappointed in it. The lettuce is brown. Nobody likes brown lettuce! Way overpriced for junk. Won't be back.

The closest to camp atterbury when ya hungry after the dfac closes just order and deliver

Love the garlic knots order them often but the last couple times they have been undercooked! Carry out or Delivery service is always nice and helpful.

Ordered delivery, waited an hour and half before calling. Waited 5 minutes for them to answer the phone, then proceeded to inform me there were three deliveries ahead of mine and my order hadn’t even been prepared. Had to cancel order and get something else for my family. Just plain terrible service all around.

I called them for chicken wings during a snow storm. The employee hung up on me. So I decided to call back and when they picked up I said aren't you the 1 that just hung up on me... No response, I said I wanna place an order.... Still do response. I said hello and are you still there, still no response (we were still connected). The worst experience I've ever had I had in my life!!! If they had zero stars available then I would give them the lowest possible. I highly recommend somewhere else.

This is my first ever review on a restaurant and I honestly shouldn't be surprised I had a bad experience cause it is Domino's. Regardless this exact dominos is a perfect example why you don't hire drug addicts, everyone in the kitchen is tweaking, everytime I've gone in they are buried in orders, the kitchen is always a mess and the pizza that i just ordered was the worse pizza I have ever had. Burnt, barely any sauce, barely any cheese it was like eating bread with a drizzle of toppings 1 out of 5 man. Straight dissapointment.

Excellent Pizza ! Good quality ingredients and plenty of them.
I usually have it delivered and the pizza always arrives on⁶7 time and hot. The drivers are always polite and friendly
I like that they have a pizza tracker. You will know what your pizza is at the different stages of being made and when the pizza will be delivered .
